Anyone can recommend a good audio Bluetooth receiver to connect to non-Bluetooth speakers by RCA cables?
It seems there's a wide range of prices of such device on shopee lazada, ranging from rm10+ to 50+. Some have ability to insert thumb drives for direct music play, some have ability to function as transmitter and receiver. And there's some review saying lack of DAC causes audio quality issues and some have audio delays.

IEM’s Stuck at Customs,

I ordered a pair of CrinEar Daybreak’s off Linsoul’s AliExpress store on 22/11/2025 and today (2/12/2025) I received a message from POS Mlaysia saying that it is held at the customs.

The price I paid is 470+ which to my knoedge doesn’t exceed the RM500 ceiling to get taxed. But the items original price is around RM570+ on AliExpress.

POS Malaysia informed me to go customs office with invoice and bank statement to clear the item. Is there anything else or any payment I have to prepare before I go?

Qobuz music streaming service is not available in Malaysia as it is currently limited to 26 countries. Nevertheless, I found this link that describes on several ways that may cheat the system so as users in Malaysia can access the service. Question is has anybody tried it? As I am not too IT-savvy, I need to seek my brother-in-law's help to do it if it's possible since he's a lot more IT-literate than me. Link below.

Hi all:

I have Edifier C3 2.1 since 2007, and today I am thinking of upgrading it, but I am not still very sure on doing this so I need your advise.

Currently I am looking for Kanto ORA4 + Kanto SUB8 subwoofer, I know the price gap is huge, if I remember I paid like RM200+ or 300+ for C3, while today the ORA4 with sub will cost me more then RM3k.

C3 is good though, works perfectly for me, so my question is, will ORA4 + sub will work much better than C3?

my aktimate were spoiled, so i sent for local repair. donno what the fella did but the speaker worked after that. but speaker is old so i felt it was time for an upgrade.

So was my choice of a edifier QR65 a good choice? or not. Seeing what speaker i used previously

I was looking at other alternatives i saw mentioned,

the thing is, the edifier was on sale, so i get a qr65 AND a T5 subwoofer, for the price of either of those other options. with voucher came down to about RM1,690

my intended usage for desktop pc speaker for gaming, youtube and just music. Can't be too noisy because of neighbors though i do enjoy some nu-metal so hope speaker good for that kind of music.

i also bought some speaker stands to get the speaker ear level, and to free up room on desk. it will look similar to his setup (they also use the qr65 with the stands i ordered)

anyway i'm not an audiophile expert, wondering if the senpais have any opinion on this speaker i bought and whether it was a good choice or i made a mistake and should have bought something else

PS: i see some youtube reviews they said the QR65 bass is fine as is. But i don't think so. If you watch this youtube there is a side by side comparison. Big difference between subwoofer and without

speaker and woofer arrived. the speaker smaller than the aktimate

tested music doesnt sound worse so...

tried a couple of songs, seems best with techno/dance

Appreciate help pls... 1st time buying a DAP and finally after a long time save enough for an Astell&Kern. Seems the SR35 is what I could get at this price. Will use it for a long time since I don't think I will spend this kind of money on another DAP in the next few years.

Just want to play vinyl that is passed down from my old grandma. She got many vinyl discs from Reader's Digest.

Must be cheap. Built in phono amp stage so I can easily connect it to any speaker amp. Built in Bluetooth is a bonus.

I am buying a soundbar for my Samsung TV (qn85c), staying in a condo, living room is not big. Currently eyeing on below models to buy during 10.10 sales.

1. Bose 600 (rm1.75k)
2. Sonos beam gen 2 (rm2.15k)
3. Samsung q700D (rm1.5k)

If i buy sonos or bose, will not add on a subwoofer anytime soon. Is it still good to use without the subwoofer?
