Guys,

Need sifu expertise, suddenly my airpod 3 left ear piece is not detecting. I tried all the possible troubleshooting

- clean the case
- clean the charging slot and coil
- Forget device, reset airpods & reconnect

when reconnect, the left piece shows 100% then after few millisecond, it goes missing again. Tried multiple time, tried restart my phone also the same.

Tried in my ipad, another iphone, all the same.

Apple Care+ for AirPods 4, Worth the money?

No personal experience with any AirPod, but planning to get the new AirPods 4 ANC for my mother. Is opting for Apple Care+ worth the additional premium for Apple’s wireless earbuds? What benefits does one get? Anyone here has any experience with actually using Care+ on a defective/broken AirPod?

Hearing Health feature, Apple AirPods Pro 2 Firmware 7B19

AirPods Pro 2 is not showing Hearing Health features in the latest firmware 7B19.

I recently updated my Apple AirPods Pro 2 to firmware version 7B19, which is supposed to enable the new Hearing Test feature along with iOS 18.1
However, I'm having trouble finding the Hearing Test option in the app settings.
I’m using an iPhone SE 2020 to test this feature.
I'm wondering if this feature is not available in the Malaysia region or if there are any steps I can take to enable it.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?

Can someone run me through the best way to surely check a set of used AirPod Pro etc is not fake?

Something (screenshot) that can prove to Shopee/Carousell and get money back one.

I am already avoiding shops that sell refurbished unit which are clearly fake.

I am looking at individual sellers but I think some of these previously refurbished unit are leaking into individual sellers already.

I have a weird problem and would appreciate some input.

Just got an AirPods Pro2 Lightning. I can charge wirelessly. However, I cannot charge with my iPhone Lightning cable but using the Lightning cable provided in the box, I can charge. Also, which is just as baffling, I cannot charge my iPhone with this cable.

Am I missing something?

Hi guys, not sure you guys facing Airpods Pro Earbud buzzing?

Currently My Airpods Pro 1st Gen, Left side earbud buzzing intermittently. I have been using it and no issue for the past 2 years, but the buzzing came recently.

The buzzing getting serious day by day. I have cleaned the earbud, rub away the dirt. But it still persist.

I am thinking whether want to replace it via Apple authorize seller for $89 (RM420++) for a left earbud, or just buy 2nd Gen instead.

Hi all,

Looking to buy a new airpods pro 2 and I come across these refurbished units sold on shopee and lazada for a quarter of its tag (around RM200-300).

Looking at those reviews, the buyers were able to register their products on apple site too.

Are those legit or just another knock off?

any connectivity issue when you guys pair your pods to apple watch? how long usually does it takes to connect and does it get disconnected in between?

i runs without my phone (earbuds + apple watch - currently using jabra) but usually takes 1-2 mins to connect, sometimes need to dc bluetooth and reconnect, sometimes disconnected in between.

wondering how is it with airpods / airpods pro?

BEWARE! Fake Airpods (Warranty Suddenly Expired),

I bought an apple product from 3rd party lazada store, when I received the item, I checked it with Apple's website https://checkcoverage.apple.com/ and it shows that my device is under warranty until like august 2022

Today, I randomly check my device warranty and it suddenly shows that it has expired.

Anyone experience something like this before?

I've contacted lazada to attempt to solve the issue but still I'm wondering how a device with warranty can suddenly changed to no warranty.

My airpods pro is fake as the manufacturer is Ericsson instead of Apple (got the info once I connect it to my MBP > System Information)

I requested refund after the 15 days, initially lazada do not entertain my request.
I reported to KPDNHEP, several days later, lazada call me and requested that I return the item to seller (they provide seller address via email)
I got full refund to my credit card approximately in 15 days

As the title suggests, would like to ask Airpods gen 2 owners if your airpods are serving you well or are there signs of problems arising at the 2.5 year mark.

I bought mine at late March/early April 2019, basically an early adopter of the Airpods gen 2. My left unit starts to have battery problems where one hour of use immediately kills it. Not sure if its the battery issue or the contact points that prevents it from charging at all.

Would like to hear your experiences if you own your airpods for as long as I do.
