i provide transport service from Melawati / Wangsa Maju area to Wesley Methodist Sentul.
i drove a sedan private car Honda City
my kid is studying in Wesley.
everyday i will send her to school (reach around 7.15am)
and retrieve her around 3.30pm
on thursday (girls brigade) will be 5.30pm
at Wesley back gate (LRT parking) exit.
i pay for drive thru every month.
so, will pick up directly at Wesley back gate (no need to walk out to roadside).

monthly fees is RM550 (2 trips per day. monday to friday (school day))

It is getting extremely annoying with grab driver registration,

Does anyone know what is wrong here? I have downloaded my car license from MyJPJ app and upload them but nothing is working so far.
I also uploaded the car geran and vehicle insurance.

Issue Restoring Uber acc for overseas trip,

Has anyone tried using the same uber account or atleast your phone number on a new Uber account for overseas trip? Like Hong Kong for example.

I've tried two local numbers but it says "Too Many Requests" which leads me to suspect that Uber has blocked msian numbers since Grab took over.

Since I need Uber for travelling around HK, any other ways anyone knows to get this sorted? I'm not keen on getting a foreign number outside of SEA just for this.

thinking of doing grab only every saturday rather than sitting at home with family because sunday can still spend time with them. so maybe every staurday go find some pocket change.
my question is, after i google google i found out my insurance can use for grab but must buy the addon which i dono how much (AM insurance) and furthermore i found out must take PSV license also.

so do you think it's worth my time doing this? i have a 3rd car which is proton exora turbo. can use that for grab

I have had two recent occasions where I booked a Grab ride on the App, only to see the car is not moving toward me.
When I enquire from the driver I get either NO answer, OR a one word message like CANNOT.
In both these occasions it so happened I was under time pressure, having a flight to catch (the rides were both to airports, one in KL, one in Penang).
These nasty drivers then go silent - obviously waiting for ME to cancel, so they can keep their own record clean.

In both cases I reported the drivers to Grab.
I received compensatory payments, and promises to punish the drivers.

But this is happening a lot - to my wife also, and friends. Grab know this goes on, but they do nothing to stop it. If I cancel the booking they get off scott free and there is NO WAY to leave any review or complaint against the driver.

Grab needs to put a 'REVIEW DRIVER' button on the App which remains available to be accessed after cancelling a ride. Passengers should be able to register a complaint AND give a critical review of drivers who force a cancellation on a passenger but escape without any redress (unless the passenger makes the effort to write to Grab).

Fix this please!

E-Hailing PUSPAKOM Inspection, What modifications are allowed?

Hi, not sure if this is the correct place for this and I've not been able to get a straight answer from anywhere. Hoping there are some experienced sifus to give advice.

Since a car that's more than 3 years old needs to go for annual E-Hailing PUSPAKOM Inspection, I was wondering if anyone knew if replacing the brake lights from stock to something else was allowed. On their guidelines, it doesn't explicitly state that the brake lights must be unmodified. Only the front lamp and number plate lamp are not allowed modifications according to PUSPAKOM guidelines. Does that mean it's ok to modify brake lights?

Another thing. I'm assuming auxiliary lights are fine since there is nothing in the guidelines regarding additional light not being allowed so if I get those LED strips to use as DRL + signal light to stick between the front lamp and bonnet, that should be fine yes? Thanks in advance all.

Hi, my friend is visiting from overseas and because her phone is locked by her service provider rented a phone Nokia C20
She's unable to find the Grab app for consumer on the app store
When we tried to use the grab web page to download it says tat it's not compatible with the device and the guy at the phone store isn't much help

Any ideas why? Is the phone just totally too old?
