Why my pc is hang on TUF Gaming,

Hi all

Seeking for helps, i just plu in the new nvidia GPU( previous is AMD GPU) , when pc load tuf gaming is hang, i do not have built in GPU, how to identify whether is GPU problem or win10 or mother board issue?

If MB, how to reset to default as i cant find the option

Revert back from Edge to IE,

In my ofis got 1 w10 required ie browser to run.
Somehow yday suddenly it auto switch to edge
Icon still ie but when click it'll open edge
Google few solutions:
- set default browser to IE
- disable 3rd party extension
- rename BHO folder
- del files in BHO folder

But all above steps are still not working. Any idea?

Win 10 on C2D & 1st Gen Core server graphics, No longer supported?

I have passed a couple of 1U servers to my dad, one is C2D based, another is 1st gen Core based.

He said recently Windows 10 gave error message say the graphics processor used on the mobo no longer supported.

Is that's true?

I can only remember the model of the C2D server, it's a Tyan Tank GT20 and it uses Xgi® volari z7 (xg20tm), 16MB video memory.

Googling didn't turn up anything (maybe I don't pay enough attention kua).

Scandisk, diskfrag, Will it work for Win 10?

existing laptop with 500g hdd installed with win10

now i want to add in 256g nvme ssd to fresh install win10 without remove the hdd ...
after installed win10 into ssd ..it can boot ..but i check in BIOS..the uefi boot showed using hdd instead of ssd..

how to change uefi boot to ssd ?

I still problem windows 10 bsod
Once reboot no detected SSD
I check bios no detected SSD SATA

I switch off power supply

Once 10min then i switch on
I go bios now ssd sata detected
Then boot windows 10 seen fine then once 5min over suddely bsod
Then unable boot
Then i go bios not detected ssd daam trouble

Then switch off 10min
Then once 10min i switch on
Got bootable windows 10

I download early and check ssd seen good healty
Once 5min over get bsod
Then no detected ssd again

Daam trouble

Motherboard ASUS PRIME H310M-K R2.0

I early download bios and updated bios latest

Still same resuit

SSD is samsung 860 PRO 256GB

I made the mistake of deleting 2 files from the download folder of SoftwareDistribution folder. Now I'm unable to check for Windows Update. Error code is 0x80070005. Unable to restore deleted files as it was permanently deleted (dumb mistake, I know).

Any way to rectify this?

I'm trying to set my PC (windows 10) to shutdown automatically after 1 hour of idle time. Googled and tried using the Task Scheduler to create a task to do so. I followed the online instructions step-by-step and then let the PC continue idling before I sleep. When I awoke, the PC was still idling. Looks like the created task did not work.

I thought of using power management but the setting there is for PC to sleep and not shutdown.

Any other method to set automatic shutdown after idling?

I'm not sure this is the right thread for this but hopefully some kind soul can help me out here.

Recently after installing my new m2 NVME, I formatted my HDD. Thereafter I can't boot anymore. My laptop brand is HP Pavilion. I have try contacting HP support but to no avail as it's past warranty.

I think I need to do a recovery and re-install my window. Can anybody offer any advice how to go about this and what to do.

I'm not an IT guy btw so all are DIY to me.

Hey guys, I have a Sony WI-C300 Bluetooth earphones that I frequently use. It works well with my android phone, but I'm encountering this problem on my work laptop (Windows 10);

After a while in a meeting, I'd say about 5 mins, suddenly there wouldn't be any sound. I'd have to disconnect the earphone and reconnect and then the sound comes back. I've turned off "allow windows to save power on this device" but yet it occurs again and again.

I'd like to emphasise that I use the earphones on my phone for more than 1 hour and it works perfectly. I've tried this on my other work laptop yet the same occurs, which is why I'm thinking it's a Windows problem.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

google chrome multi task then suddenly PC turn off totally shut down
need press turn ON PC then again open google chrome then also again suddenly PC turn off totally shut down

i have tested software prime95 for processor test and RAM Test never had PC OFF too
