            <title>Outstanding Payment from a CANCELLED account, </title>

            <description>Do anyone have any related experience for the same situation? I want to switch my postpaid plan and now Maxis tell me that I have outstanding payment for an supplementary line that is cancelled 5 years ago. Before we cancel the account successfully, we already paid for all the outstanding balance at the same day where we transfer the supplementary line to become own individual principal line. Everything goes well and just really recent only the Maxis suddenly shows notification that we have outstanding balance for the cancelled account which is impossible as we very sure we paid for it. We dont have any transaction record or any bill cause we paid by cash at the Maxis centre. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can anyone who have similar experience provided some advice how to deal with this except paying for this? We have check with the Maxis centre, they insisted us to pay for it although they couldnt find the record of the outstanding except referring to the system notification that shows the outstanding. They even told us nothing we can do except paying, we can just let it be without paying but the principal line holder will be blacklisted and couldnt do any changes to the plan or subscribe anything.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>Been using maxis tether hotspot for work, it&amp;#39;s prepaid unlimited pass+ the monthly hotspot pass.&lt;br /&gt;Cannot open certain website such as all government website, and most secured website such as wiki, Petronas and etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Side note;&lt;br /&gt;Trying with tunnelbear VPN both on/off both doesn&amp;#39;t work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is my first time tether for work since before the WiFi is available at the office &lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>Hi, I want to ask if anyone are getting over 200ms latency or sometimes over 90ms latency on COD MW games either multiplayer, warzone or coop? Been getting really high and unenjoyable pings or latencies only since last 2 weeks. Before last 2 weeks, pings were mostly around 10 - 30ms but now it suddenly went up really high and unenjoyable all of the sudden. Played and partied with friends that have Unifi fibre internet, all of them have 10 - 30ms pings but only I, which have a Maxis fibre internet am getting over 200ms ping in the lobby/party with them. Already enabled public IP for my ethernet a few years ago btw and already port forwarded the application, I am getting Open NAT type. Hopefully I&amp;#39;m not the only one facing this problem.</description>

            <title>Ookyo unlimited app does not work, </title>

            <description>Does anyone has experience with ookyo unlimited app not working? Seems like their VPN not properly configured for all gaming apps&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For those who are not aware, ookyo makes you use their VPN so that they can force route your traffic to their preferred network /gateway hence you can use unlimited for 4 app you specify. Of course doing so will basically force you into the more congested path they choose but hey, there is no free lunch. You want cheap, have to live with it. Disabling the free/unlimited data VPN you get back the fast speed. So it&amp;#39;s fine with me. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But what is not fine with me is that their VPN is not optimally configure. I.e. ports not forwarded properly or DNS request not properly forwarded hence the unlimited apps cannot function. This is pretty much false advertising. Telling you unlimited but cannot use.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If anyone has experience how they resolved their issue other that not using their service, please advice. Don&amp;#39;t tell me to talk to support because they might as well use bots because those support just reply you using their standard SOP reply</description>
