Following the latest iOS 26.4 update, there's now a 5G SA (5G Standalone) option for Maxis subscribers with iPhone. However, 5G SA is currently offered to Maxis Business customers on Business Postpaid 169 and 199 plans with Priority pass add-on.

The Priority pass at RM29/month for business customers provides exclusive access to Maxis 5G Pro network that's built on 5G SA infrastructure with dedicated 5G core network. Maxis 5G Pro provides Voice over 5G, greater bandwidth and lower latency, along with advanced features such as network slicing and real-time data transmission.

According to the FAQ, 5G SA will be introduced for Maxis Home/Business WiFi and more details will be shared later.

Has anyone tried using DDNS services on maxis postpaid? anyone else facing issues accessing those websites, current workaround i found was to use 1.1.1.1 but even then sometimes still cannot access DDNS websites

Hey @maxis need your immediate attention to fix this.

I m literally losing my customers cause your system is masking the missed call numbers.

They asked why i can't retrieve my missed call records.

I can't help but telling them I am using maxis

Not sure if anyone's done this before, or if we have a dedicated thread to line ownership transfer.

Recently broke away from a personal family plan as a family member has indicated their interest to switch lines. Maxis proposed either upgrading my number to the standard RM79 package, or find a subline to park under.

Considering I've been using the subline perk just fine, I'd love to stick with it.

If any "linelord" has a space to rent out, do reach out. Preferably someone in KL/PJ areas.

hi, just wondering if anyone is also having the same problem i am facing,

i am using a xiaomi 14, it was great all this while on 5G network, but lately like 10days its like worst then dialup network or steamyx time,

on fast.com i am getting 4.5~120mbps that also unstable

i am locked at maxis 98 plan for now, going to expire contact next month.

Do you expect your customer to guess the number is it?
You are protecting the privacy of the caller whose from another network, you forget who is your customer is it???

Hi.

I will be travelling soon to Vietnam and i bought a traveller sim card. My phone has 2 sim card. I was told by the seller to activate roaming for the traveller sim card when in Vietnam. If i activate roaming for my traveller sim, will it auto activate my maxis also? I know to activate roaming for Maxis, you hv to select to activate in the Maxis app.
And if i dont subscribe roaming for my maxis, can i receive call?

I just bought a POCO F5 and it comes with 5G so I'm curious if there is any reason to use the 5g network. Currently I'm on old maxis postpaid 98 plan with 1 maxis share line and im wondering if activate 5g is worth it for the monthly extra RM 10 charge.

Can any maxis user share experience with 5G quality around KL area? I usually just use phone to play games and scroll Instagram/Twitter.

Hi guys, I'm not sure if you have encountered this before. I recently purchased a phone under Zerolution contract and requested to switch from Celcom to Maxis on 2nd Feb Friday. The staff told me it will take only 1 day for the port out request SMS to come from Celcom. It's now 7th Feb Wed, 5 days since my purchase and still no port out SMS from Celcom. Tried calling Maxis hotline, but they told me there was no port in request made for my number. They double checked it again, and confirmed there's no port in request made. They then told me to go back to the branch where i purchased my device and check with them instead. I can only go back there somewhere next week, but has anyone of you faced this before, anything i need to be aware of? I have port in a few times to different telcos before, and this is the first time I faced this kind of issue.

Anyway to pay maxis bill with credit card or ewall,

Hi to all, I have this issue with my own phone number appear in the 'called list' in the bill statement for the past few months.There is no extra charges incurred as I am using unlimited postpaid. But, I tried to contact CS in December 2023 and they said its technical issues. My worry is that why it happened?
Does anyone has this issue in the bill statement??
