Hi parents, are you sending your child born in 2021 to Standard One in 2027?

I’m a bit worried because my child is banana and just started attending a SJKC © linked kindergarten this year.

I visited Popular bookstore and was shocked at how advanced the Standard One syllabus is.

My wife and I are still deciding, but we’re inclined towards letting him start Standard One next year since I heard the government will introduce an easier syllabus for the earlier intake.

What about you? What are your plans? If you’re not sending your child next year, what are your main concerns?

Hi All,

Would love to get some feedbacks for Sunway Sanctuary as we'll be expecting my second child soon and we're currently looking around for a confinement center that will be comfortable for both parents, toddler and newborn..

We are still looking around and currently leaning towards Sunway sanctuary due to the convenience around the confinement center and Sunway pyramid which is just across..

Easier to take the toddler around and keep her occupied..

Also are there any confinement centers similar to what Sunway Sanctuary is providing?

Just gave birth to my second baby 2 weeks ago and have a 19mth toddler. Trying to adjust to having 2! Any tips highly appreciated.

I find meals for be the toughest part.. constantly figuring out what to cook for everyone and toddler has his own food.. not something I enjoy

I am due to bring my little one for his jab at the KK Kelana Jaya. My first born, and my first time going there. I expect that there will be many people there on the same day, so I want to try and minimize the time trying to figure out the place.

1) Is there a convenient place / ample parking? Is it near/next to the KK?
2) Where do we go inside the building ? which counter etc to start the process?
3) Is there any place more private that my wife can sit /wait while she nurses the baby?
4) Any other things to take note of? Other than the pink book and his mykid, what other documents do I need to bring?

Stroller for walking around the park on tar,

Main purpose of the stroller is going to be for walking around the park on tar surface.

I don't mind second hand, but what's a good model? I just need something basic.

I went to Mothercare, they claim for stroller to be used on tar, it needs to have rubber, not plastic wheel. Is that true? Their cheapest rubber wheel stroller also is around RM1.3k. Used is around RM800
