Using different weights on diff exercise ?,

Hello, this might be a dumb question, but bear with me. Am I suppose to be using different weights for different exercise ? For example I'm using dumbbells only to do 3 compound exercises per workout session, 3 days per week. The exercise are Chest Press / Back Row / Shoulder Press, and for the longest time, I've been using the same weight for ALL 3 exercise, when I increase the weights as I go, I increase for all 3 exercise as well, I assume that is wrong ? I should be using the appropriate weight for each exercise and also increase the weight individually based on the exercise as well ?

Sometimes I have to lift 15kg barbells or more on each side, but it's limited for exact 15kg barbells at gym. Is it ok to press with one side 15kg barbell, another side 10+5kg barbells, or better to press symmetrically even though same weight on both side?

My preference so far is USN hardcore whey gh. Have the zma, tribulus, enough protein and bcaa. Plus its affordable.

Hello to all the fitness enthusiasts here. I'm working on increasing weight and building muscle.

I'm a 65kg, slim 31-year-old man, standing at 180 cm.

My main food challenge is that I rarely eat meat because I currently live in Singapore.I just eat normal hawker center food.

Although I have the option to cook(no house owner living together), my 12-hour workdays limit my time in the kitchen, even though it's close to my workplace.

I work either 4 days and rest 3 days or work 3 days and rest 4 days. On my days off, I go back to Johor.

Should I include protein shakes in my routine, given my schedule?

I'm not striving for an overly muscular body, but I do want to build some muscle and achieve a physique that's aesthetically pleasing.

Or is boiled chicken breast a better option?

Or maybe a combination of both?

Consuming white bread with peanut paste can contribute to weight gain?

Or consume milo hot drinks without sugar?

Hi guys, been a while since I last posted on the forum. Thought I'd try my luck.

Are there any good sources for pharmaceutical grade Anavar?
Strength Training Causes Male-Boobs to Grow,

Okay, let see if I can explain this further.

So I have started (for ~3months) doing strength training at the gym (shoulder press, bench press, etc..) and noticed that my chest has sort of gotten.... bigger? The ones like when girls just hitting puberty. Which is a bummer, as I wasn't planning to getting boobs. Was aiming for a more buff chest, not like growing a pair! And the nipples are getting so prominent, that it shows over the shirt I am wearing.

What have I done wrong? For more info, my diets remain the same, so I am incline to say that this is caused by my training regime. Thoughts?

Whey Protein Powder Suggestion,

I haven't been in the fitness scene for quite some time. I've always sticked with Optimimum Nutrition (ON) 10lbs Dark Chocolate Flavor. But for some reason (I'm not sure why as I'm not monitoring the market closely), they are longer selling 10lbs but only 5lbs. One of the online sellers told me it's because the company isn't making enough profits from selling the big 10lbs packs. Obviously the 5lbs option isn't the most cost-effective, so I switched to Myprotein Impact Whey Protein 2.5kg (Vanilla) for about RM280. That's about 5.5lbs, not much of a difference actually.

Unfortunately the mixability is kinda bad, I often get clumps of powder in my drink rather than how smooth it was with ON back then.

So is there any brand that can satisfy the following criteria that I can consider?

1. Don't have too much added junks
2. Good value for money (not necessarily the cheapest)
3. Not tasting too ridiculous that I dread it
4. Not causing gastrointestinal issues for most people (I understand this may vary from person to person)

Thanks in advance to all the masters and sifu sekalian

P.S: Asking here cause the options I might get on Youtube / Reddit are mostly from US and might not be available in the local market. Also focus on the topic and don't say chicken breast/eggs are cheaper cause we all already know!

A close friend's birthday is around the corner and I've been told that a weightlifting belt would make the ideal gift for her.

Unfortunately, as I do not train with weightlifting belts at all, the use of it and the brands are relatively foreign to me.

Can any gymgoers, ladies preferably, advise on a good brand to go for? Said friend is a small-sized, middle-aged lady who also happens to be an active gymgoer, say 6 out of 7 days a week.

Budget around RM1000.
Hello. Just had this random thought while watching a full body workout ( dumbbells only ) video.

My priority is to train up the muscles and growth on every part of my upper body as well as legs. Currently I am doing exercise specifically for arms / forearm day 1, chest / shoulder day 2, legs day 3 respectively. Is it better this way or should I instead just follow and do one full body workout in one day and repeat ?

Would appreciate any advice, thanks.

Hi sifu, I just bought adjustable dumbbells and about to start my workout routine. I started with 4.5 KG just today, as i have no personal coach or anyone to guide me, just wanna have a simple guideline on when do I increase the weight more and more ? How long interval to increase and how much to increase per time ? Thank you !

What would be the next step beyond consistent P90x3 in terms of home workouts (as I do not wish to hit the gym, as it were)?
