Hi all Sifus,

Currently contemplating to buy a unit at Sang Suria for own stay. Prices look reasonable and the location seems quite strategic. However 2 red flags are currently in my mind.

1. The facade of the condo looks extremely old.
2. Facilities are not up to scrach.
3. Online videos stating the the JMC has not been doing their job properly - see youtu.be/Sq5STdMEB0U?si=dfc0PRD8SAewnppZ
4. Worries that the sinking fund may not be enough.

Hoping to receive some guidance from any sifus that have any information regarding how the MC / Living condition is in Sang Suria is like and for perhaps any other recommendation for other condos nearby.

their use , BLUE,BLACK and GREEN , on my neighbor thier use RED,BLACK and Green
i not expert , but as far i remember BLUE&BLACK use for neutral connection right?
