Hello there, I was given 7million usdt trading account from a stranger who claim to said have like me and was gonna die of cancer. Thing is she never provide me the fund password for me to withdraw to my usdt account. But there's a function in the platform where u can do internal transfer, but it requires you to invest to receive funds from other accounts..and there's a limit where u can receive the funds too. (The higher the membership the higher u can receive funds).. I was so desperate and tempted to invest to withdraw it.. could this site be legit? (mmz.cc) I have checked the legitimacy of the site and have no bad records. The site been running for 2 years. And the usdt address is clear. Is it ok to give it a go? Any advice guys? Thanks.

Hi All,

Getting some glassware from UK.

Based on the Taxation Info, the Taxable Amount should be 30% Duty + 10% SST (I maybe mistaken).
However, UPS is charging me above that % if count by value of glassware.
Did I miss out any part of the formulas?

Whenever I uploaded a photo and click attach photo, it goes to a page that mentioned verify that I'm not a robot. A few seconds later, it directed me back to the main Garage Sales page.

My posting details all gone.

I has been many years and this suddenly came out of sudden. I feel very suspicious about it.

story behind can refer to my signature regarding the scammer Jason Lim Peng Chye who located in Penang last time, where he ads to sell the phone and several buyer paid the money and he just disappeared and lost contact.

And out of sudden this new LY member 'linyeoh49' who's under probation without any post nor any trace write me this...

the economic situation is like everyone lack of money and someone so happily to pay for what you'd lost with any amount you stated ....(of course I decide to ignore him). But I feel something wrong with this members.

Hi all

My friend in US has been helping me buy comic books since it's very much cheaper there.
She currently have 10-12 issues bought for me right now and plans to ship them out to me soon via USPS.

However, she asked me if there's any limitation to number of comic books she could send?
This is because a Vietnamese mutual friend of ours said that over in Vietnam, they have a limitation of only 10 books allowed at one time and that they need to get a special approval from one of their government agencies.

Does anyone know if similar procedure is required here? I know that the comics themselves are not taxable (per my understanding, please correct me if I'm wrong) but do I require any special approval? I can't seem to find any info on this in both MOHA and Kastam. Anyone has any experience receiving comic books from US?

(Comic books I'm talking about are those single-issue Marvel/DC comics so they're rather thin-ish. And I won't say "buy" because all bills were under my friend's name and she very much would declare these comics as gift to me anyway)

I noticed Lowyat have a section for Car For Sale under classified and also Automotives in Garage Sales which help greatly for car users.
But there's no section for motorcycles. May i suggest admin to include a new motorcycles section in Garage Sales section which can be use to sell/buy a motorcycle and also motorcycle spare parts. It can be either brand new or second hands items. I believe there are many forummer that have and use motorcycle daily.

Hi all,

Lo behold I recently got scammed for a used CPU but it is not in Lowyat here
The thing happened in Carousell

Short story:
- check seller has only 1 review from another seller (this one seller has good reputation in Carousell)
- bought cpu after bargained
- transferred to seller
- same late night the account suspended in Carousell
- I messaged him but he's not replying in whatsapp. Messaged did get through but not read

so my question is, what should and can I do here? Probably lost the money but wanted some bit of justice
- report police?
- lodge to KPDNKK?

anyone dealt with this before and can help advise? does lodging Police report help at all? will they be able to get the culprit?

I do have his account in Carousell, Phone number, Chats in whatsapp and his bank account number with his name

Hi, My friend from Pahang has sent me an item via Postlaju last Tuesday and I haven't received it till today which is already 1 whole week. My friend lost his tracking number and he wasn't able to request the number again from the branch he sent the item. But my item's tracking has been stuck at "Posting/Collection" for almost a week now. My family members have bought from Buyee last month n their items arrived within a week. I chose EMS btw.
