hi there, sometimes when we buy our apple products from other distributors other than the official apple store they will always sell you their in house insurance ya?

was wondering which would u guys usually pick? they will always push their shops insurance as i assume they get more commission

is it better? such as those insurance sold by machines , harvey norman etc

or apple care superior?

I've been searching high and low for IPTV player that is free, no ads and doesn't force you to buy their monthly premium subscription and pro version every few swipes and clicks. Which almost every one of them does that in the apps store.

Hello. I got this secondhand iphone 13 pro max that has its screen turned green 2 months after i bought it. It flicker to normal screen at random times.
Do yall know a person or a friend of a person in Malaysia who fixes this without having to replace the whole screen? like who knows how to identify different screen issues and like measure the voltages and fix using jumper wire?

The closest i have seen is this guy from Myanmar. Võ Quang Hiệp. Look at his pinned post in Facebook and he had this guide that only a technician can understand.

Hi, just wondering if anyone tried to trade-in their old devices at Apple Store TRX before? And how does it compare vs machines or Switch in terms of trade in value? Are they the same?

I was quoted RM800 for my iPhone 15 Pro with cracked back glass by Switch and is wondering if I should make my way to Apple Store to see if I can get a better value. Feels like I am being low balled by Switch.

Anyone can share if they are able to get 3 whatsapp apps?
I only managed to get 2 for ios, typically normal wa and business wa.
Compared to android I can get 3.

The only way I found so far is some sort of dual apps which require payment and I think cant receive notifications.

Any free ways if possible? Thankss

Hi all,

I recently ordered a new iPhone directly from Apple, and it's now stuck in Royal Customs Malaysia with the status: "Awaiting Import License to complete clearance." The iPhone is for personal use, and typically, these shipments come from China, but this one was sent from Singapore. The company name on the bill is listed as Apple Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

I'm a complete idiot so I have a lot of questions:
... What exactly is an Import License in this context? Is it something that should have been handled automatically by Apple or DHL?
... Am I considered the importer in this case, or does that role fall to Apple since they shipped it?
... Is there anything I can do to expedite this process, such as proactively contacting DHL or providing any documentation?

Any advice or experiences you can share would be much appreciated.
