Hii Everyone,

I'm planning to get a Xbox Series S but as I know there is no Malaysia Set right. I found SG & JPN set of Xbox series S that is sell by local shop, i ask the seller the worst case scenario that could happen and the seller said nothing to be worried about. I'm worried if suddenly the Xbox os lock and not able to play in the future. Plus the warranty is only for 7 days.

Is it safe for me to buy?
Which set is recommended SG or JPN?

I'm a PC gamer most of my life and this is the first time I'm considering getting an Xbox series S.

My gaming PC died recently and I do not feel like replacing it anytime soon due the crazy GPU and DDR5 ram price.
First plan was to buy a PS 5 but I can't buy one anywhere without being scalped so I'm planning to get an Xbox series S to game for the time being (maybe 2 years).

So my questions are:

There's no official Xbox distributor in Msia, so I assume have to rely on the shop for warranty, right? My current location is in KL.

1. Which retail shop would you guys recommend to buy from or do you trust the most? (since pricing is mostly the price is RM 1399 everywhere I looked).
Which shop has more reliable post purchase service?

2. Any difference btw Jpn and Sg version? I would prefer the Sg version.

Hi All!
My Xbox One won’t turn on anymore. Power brick remains orange. No white light on the power button despite many presses.

I’ve visited OneTJ, Wisma Saberkas, Vivacity and Emporium(I-gamer) but none of them repair Xbox Ones.

Does anyone here know where else in Kuching, Sarawak I can get it fixed?

Any help/replies are greatly appreciated!

After much consideration, i'm thinking of getting series S.
Mainly because i dont play that much and want to introduce my 5yr old daughtef to family friendly gaming.

Need help from cikgu2 here on :

1. Best place to get it
2. Which region to set.
3. Is this the bestbdecision or should i go with X instead

Not looking at series X much as i am expecting game time of not more than 10 hrs weekly.

Appreciate if any cikgu here can point me to the right direction.

Anyone have series s or x using monitor can't get 1440p 144hz to work?
I can't get the resolution and refresh rate to work. only 1080p 144hz or 1440p 60hz. Monitor is Illegear bolt 27.
When I checked 144hz it will automatic kick me out of 1440p
anyone have same issue?

Does buying from Argentina digital store still work for Malaysians? I've tried to read about it but there's a lot of conflicting advice. Some say need to buy gift card, some say can use CC, some say need VPN, some say no need VPN, some say need to buy through browser only...

So my old guitar controller broke and I'm trying to find a new Xbox 360 one. I'm particularly looking for the Xplorer or Les Paul ones (like in pic) but any should be fine if there's no other options. Do local game stores still sell these or am I shit out of luck?
