Termination of contracr work earlier

I am a Contractor for MNC that has contract to be end on this year, but was terminated earlier and given 1 month notice few days before contract ends, reason given was for "performance issue", but no warning, no inquiry, deadline was never properly communicated.

I would rather contract end than having terminated like this, feels like will affect my career.

Any advise regarding I should file for unfair dismissal? I felt unfair because I did not get any proper documentated warnings prior to this notice.

Closed Credit Card Still Got Charged by Netflix

Around June / July I closed my SC credit card. Before closing, I already cancelled my Netflix subscription. At that time Netflix was having issue updating payment method, so I just let the account remain inactive since no more subscription.

About three month later, I noticed Netflix charges appearing again — on the credit card that was already closed (Because Kena hack, got 2 months of unknown subscription + extra subscription for other account).. Bank kept spam called me and I finally picked up and realized there is extra charge. I cannot even view bank statement since the credit card already been closed.

20/8 : RM88.90 (RM62.90 + RM13 + RM13, only refunded the RM26)
2/10 : RM75.90 (Refunded fully)

I called SC Bank and they said I need to follow-up again after 5 business days.

Then, I argue with Netflix CS and managed to get refund for the latest month and some extra account charges, but one month of charges cannot be refunded because “too long already”.

Anyone kena similar thing before? I kena penalty by SC but I CANNOT EVEN PAY CREDIT CARD AS ITS TERMINATED

Before terminated I already cleared off all outstanding balance. Strange that the TERMINATED card will get charged.

Ayam kena roadblock, confused

Yesterday night kena roadblock, polis ask me “ada minum ka?” I said no, drink no drive, drive no drink. Then he say “bagus bagus, ok la” then gave me back my IC.

Then after that, he jokingly said “nanti stop tepi” while pointing at the opposite side of the road (not even the stop area).

I just thought he trolling then say laughingly said okok slowly drove off. Then he gave thumbs pointing me to go. No whistle, no other polis tahan me, no one chase also, nobody even point me to stop area tepi.

Now I thinking was he serious ke or how je, quite confused

Tldr, 21/3 banked in, item shipped on 11/4, after open up is empty processor box with 4 screws, no processor inside.

Seller said will refund to me, then pusing2 cakap kena return processor box first then only he will refund.

Reported to police on 11/4 and gather some evidence about his home address and phone number that other carousell SELLER that dealt with him gave me.

Reported to Maybank and emailed them police report and bank transfer details.

Transfer from Maybank to Bank Islam

Gave to police of all these evidence.

What are the chances that will recover? any success stories?

Update:

At last, he refunded to me and approached me via Whatsapp.

Seller insaf. Hopefully he wont do the same next time and refund instantly.

City GN2 steering rack and alignment

Anyone driving Honda City GN2 and has their car alignment not accurate? Can claim Honda SC regarding this?

After adjusted alignment at outside workshop, the data are perfect but car still swere to right side, mechanic told me that my steering rack starts to have issue because it has vibrations when turning at idle (they went under the car to test and inspect it by hand)

New Drive shaft RPM resonance vibration

Hi everyone, recently ayam tukar my myvi driveshaft, China OEM branded (Anshin shaft), because my original will have shakiness at high speed and during low speed pickup.

Then after replaced with China OEM branded, although the pickup vibrations has gone, and high speed is fine, my car produced new type of vibration, which is during 1600-1800rpm and 3100-3300rpm, will have RPM based resonance vibrations, no matter what gear i am in.
It doesn't shake the car much, but it vibrates a lot during crossing these RPM.

Pomen took out and swap left hand side shaft with his myvi. I tested and the vibrations is still there.. Cuz he mentioned and confirm the vibrations came from left hand side. He INSISTED right hand side shaft no problem.

Researched other cars forums points towards bad inner drive shaft, since the driver side shaft is longer, and gearbox is located near left side, does it mean that the driver hand side shaft is bad?

For those who have Air purifier, what's the price range of replacement filter do you guys purchase?

I've seen some ranging from RM50-RM200 for the same piece of filters set for my air purifier. Not sure which to choose from.

Can't find original filter as it's EOL (Sharp DW-E16FA-W).

Bought 1 filter and used it for 4 months, and now it has some sweaty smells when turning on. Probably due to me sneezing / farting beside it LOL.

Hi all, has anyone got experience whether alternator warning light turns on but its dim, only barely visible at night?

Pomen checked voltage is fine, around 14.0-14.1V when running.
Replaced new battery and serviced alternator recently. (Change rectifier & carbon)

If replace alternator costs around RM600++
