Aircond capacitor size

Is it normal to replace old aircond capacitors with a larger size than the original?
Say from 25uF for 1HP to 30-40uF?

The repairman used a generic brand, eagle with a larger size (30-35uF) to replace. It was a while back so I can't remember the exact numbers now. But I remembered they had to come twice because it failed a few months later. So I'm wondering if cheap generic capacitors are poor quality and have to be upsized when using them. Or do old airconds need a slightly larger capacitor size.

Thinking of getting one to reduce humidity because I saw that the rh was nearly 70% when it was raining.
Are those peltier type dehumidifiers like this or this which are spec' around 500ml-1L/day of water collection too weak and meant for closets/toilets or will they be ok for smaller rooms (15m3/160sq feet)?
Not using it to for drying clothes just bring down the RH.

Which MBSJ website/app/portal do I use to report a clogged drain which needs cleaning. My neighbours drains are heavily clogged with sand which is also affecting my house when it rain heavily because the sand with be washed down to my house. Is SISPAA better than the Repotlah app? How long for concrete and screed to dry

Is 2 days for a 4" concrete base to dry before applying a cement render screed layer and then for tiling to start the following day sufficient for the concrete and screed to dry in our type of climate?
To be clearer screed layer done on Thursday, tiling on Friday.

Which brand/product has the best most durable enamel gloss paint (Jotun/Nippon/Dulux)?
I need to repaint some grilles/doors because of peeling from water based gloss/enamel paint which I find is just not good enough, maybe ok for places which are not subject to knocks/scrapes.

From what I see the original ICI paint held up the best. Some peeling from the newer Nippon 9000 gloss and Dulux high gloss. The water based enamel gloss (all brands) is a waste of money except for some specific uses.

Got a problem with starting a new air sgor water account and installing new water meter to long unused meter stand. Theres no water coming from the meter stand and the plumber said he has to dig up and retap from the mains. Is he supposed to do it or is it Air Selangor's job?

Covid test kit defective/failures

Recently I found that some of the test kits (Newgene) which I had been keeping were defective because the reagent fluid which was in vials with aluminium foil seals had evaporated. The test kits of other brands which had the twist-off tops still looked ok. When I tested myself today 2x, the Newgene kit which still looked ok (reagent vial still full)showed negative but with the Lepu kit it was positive. Wondering if it was because of storage conditions (could be on the warm side) which caused the test kits to go bad since the Lepu kit was only recently purchased.

Issues with non-original toner?

Thinking of getting a cheap laser printer like the brother HL-1110 that uses the (original)TN-1000 toner cartridge. I saw that there was compatible toners in online stores for alot less. Since this brother model seems to be quite popular, I'd like to ask if the non-original toners work well on this model?

Room air purifier

Could I get a recommendation for a decent room air purifier, size about 25 sq meters, with a washable filter so I don't have to replace pricey disposable hepa filters.
Or at least one with a good washable pre-filter so the disposable filter doesn't have to be replaced often.
