Car Vibrate/shaking around 20km/h

Hi, my car is having some problem. It is Ford Ranger (2008) with around 280,000km mileage. Just replaced the longshaft, coupling, wheel bearing back in September.

Now having another problem which only occurs when the speed is around 20-25km/h. The car started to shake/vibrate and you can really feel and hear it shaking. The shaking will gone when it higher than 20km/h. I have send it to workshop and they replace the coupling again. If it still happen then they suggest me to replace the longshaft 'again'. I dont know if I should because I just replaced it recently.

To summarize
Ford Ranger (Mileage 280,000km), heavy use (long distance, sometimes rough and off road condition)
1. Car start to shake/vibrate when moving with speed around 20km/h and gone after reaching speed higher than that. When idle you can feel minor vibration only.

2. Send to workshop: they replace coupling, and wheel alignment but car still the same.

3. Recently have replaced the longshaft, wheelbearing and belt timing this year.
