Hi,
I want to know can a Malaysian tipically work 2 permanent job?
Can 1 employer know u have a 2nd job by checking yr socso or epf contribution / can 2 nd employer contribute to your epf or socso if you are current contributing epf and socso by 1st employer?
As I heard is, 2nd employer can't contribute epf or socso if you are working permanent job with epf and socso contribution by 1st employer. Is that true?
I know part time is not a problem.

Just want to know what are the charges when buying condo from real estate agent?

Do i need to give comisson Commission to the agent or the seller give only?
If yes what are the rate of the Commission usually for exp 400k Condo?

Is there any more ohter Miscellaneous charges?

As I know is stamping fee, lawyer fee, and maybe bank loan agreement fee.

Yesterday I post at Investment Subforum seem no one replying me I think I post at the wrong place so I try to post here to get some advice.

I am planning to buy a new condo. The condo itself cost about RM430k.
I want to loan from the bank 90%.
Just want to know what are the total costs that I need to take out in order to complete the transaction.
What I know is I need to pay lawyer fee, stamp duty and stamping fee.

1)Stamp Duty == 1% - 3% (RM7600)
2) Lawyer/Solicitor's Fees == 0.4% - 1% (RM3810)
3) Other Fees == MYR180
4)Down payment 10% = (RM43k)

Total procedure money I need to take to buy a condo: RM11410.
But I heard there is MRTA and bank loan fee charge.
So I want to know how much that cost going to be, as I know the MRTA alone could cost me around RM15k at least but what about the Bank loan fee cost? Right now I am looking at total of nearly RM57k (Without MRTA and Bank Loan fee)I need to take out in order to loan money from bank to buy that condo.

BTW any bank agent here got any good offer or advises for me.
