Hire Purchase Loan

My younger brother wants to buy used car...price rm23k, depo 6-8k with loan tenure 5 years. (monthly 250-300 like that)

Problem is he still pursuing degree, no income, take student loan.

Recently, my parents both does have not good financial record with bank, so they cannot become guarantor

Parents suggested to him and "ask"(read:force) me to be his guarantor (or use my name to take the loan if the first option is not available)

I cannot say no to my parents already tried talking to them, its not working

I myself have loan with banks, currently my DSR is 39% based on net income.

I really dont want to be his guarantor, he is not really financially wise person.

What is the chances the loan got approved? Can siblings be come guarantor nowadays? Is there anything I can do like call the bank telling them I got "forced" to be guarantor without my family know and tell bank not to proceed

Really need help here I save my salary like crazy person to advance pay my loan installment and plan to do full settlement as fast as possible but they suka2 just ask me to become guarantor or worse use my name to take loan I dont want my credit report affected

Any help would be very much appreciated, or other people got experienced similar situation how do you handle this kind of case

Road Trip Peninsular Malaysia

Last time I read a topic here and really caught my interest. Now only have the means to do it https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4160554/all

So this month I will do solo trip around the peninsular msia. Plan to do 8-days. So a lot of driving will be done each day. Will not enter any tolls route, all kampung and federal road.

What item I should prepare for the journey? Some night I will spending in a hostel or budget hotel, some night will sleep in car, one night will spend at grandmother house along the way

Can also suggest nice scenery place or road and what is the best time to be there

Confirm must stop is the hentian r&r titiwangsa to enjoy the breathtaking view

Edit:
Why travel solo? - I just want to experience solo travel and avoid all toll route, just want to drive and see see. Most of the place in peninsular i have been to for holiday last time but not all the time I drive and mostly highway route
Why car not bike or public transport? - I just started riding bike early this year and only got L lesen, so i dont have the balls to do it + rainy season. Public transport not so flexible.
Why 8 days? Because i cuti 9 days, spare 1 day for rest. If the trip cannot finish in 8 days, i will take extra 1-2 days leave but hopefully it will not come to that. My stupid work cannot leave long long time, this time long leave also because of mandatory leave

Update 10 Nov
- Already have rough plan of the route and where to spend the night, already bought snacks and sweets to accompany me drive, bought sunglasses for the first time in my life just for this trip. What i cannot find yet is the “tyre inflator and sealant in a can” kit. Will also check and pump spare tyre tonight
