Hi guys. I need to ask your opinion whether am I being scammed or not. If yes, is there any legal action should I take or should I lodge a police report.

I have been looking for dining table in Carousel, and I found one. So I pmed the lady that selling it, her name is F, and we agreed with a price, 750.
So I went to her house (which I thought she is the owner), but when I arrived, she said I should just liaise with another lady in that house, L.

Apparently, L is the owner of the table. Still, I think it is not supposed to be this way because F never told me about this but im still fine with it. So I check the table and it was in good condition. I asked for her number and if anything, I will just deal with her instead of F.

On 17/4, I said I will buy the table and she asked me for 50% for booking fees which for me its quite high. But I told her I will just pay 200 as booking fees, and she agreed. After that , there is a bit of problem on the transaction, it was not instant. She checked her account and still havent received the payment from me. It was my bad, I used my new RHB account to transfer the money for the first time and I didnt know "immediate transfer" is not instant transfer. But she insisted on wanting the money because she have issue with her failed marriage, and need money bla bla, and asked for another 100, this time she beg me to make sure it is instant transfer. I know I shouldnt do this but because of trust, I pay another 100. So total is 300 now.

On 27/4, I told her that I will collect the table on next monday (30/4). and she said okay, she will wait for me the whole day provided that I pay first the remainder. So I paid full and told her I will come around 9am.

On 30/4, early in the morning she informed me that she will not be around until 10am. Right there, I need to change my plan already, so I told her I will come at 3 pm. When I arrived with lorry, shes not at home. i waited for her for 40 minutes and I cant contact her. I think her phone is off. I messaged her that she need to arrange the transport by her own now since she ffk me. At 4 pm, she replied my message telling me that she got something else to do, and she said she will arrange the transport.

10/5, i asked for update from her and she said shes not in KL, she will arrange it later

13/5, she asked me when can she send the table to my house. I said next weekend because from monday to friday, im not gonna be around.
That weekend, she remained silence, no update,

3/6, I asked again when can she send it to me. im losing my patience now. I said please send it before eid and she will try her best.

8/6, I told her if she cant send it, please return back my money. She said she will try to send it by that week.

12/6, she said she gonna send it tonight but still, she failed to do so.

13/6, I told her if she still cannot send the table to me, I will lodge a report. She said shes having a problem with the transportation. I have given her more than enough time I think.
