GC Upgrade for my Existing Rig

Hi there!

I am looking to upgrade my existing gc + psu to MSI N560GTX-Ti Hawk + [brand + power output ~ 600W] with a budget of MYR1,100.00 for upcoming gaming. Referring to my existing rig as per below signature, need you guys advice on the following:-

a) gaming performance will bottleneck by this upgrading?
b) no idea on wattage consumption calculation, hence a recommended psu needed? no future oc.
c) misc. advices?

my pc cant start

hi to all sifu,
currently i got a problem to switch on my pc after i install my new casing..!!
previously my cpu running good, but when i shifted to new casing on this monday the problem has came.!!
it keep restart after i switch on my pc, everything is running but can't get into bios..!!

component i had checked:
psu : ok
VGA : ok
ram : ok
HDD : ok
unplug battery for 30 seconds

my spec:
xeon E3110
GA P35-DS3
9600 GT
ballistic 2 X 1GB 1066MHz
CM 430W

finally i had no idea, and now i guess it was mobo faulty..!!
