Date of transaction: 6th Nov 2015

Details of the complaint : Tried their service with promotional code for a few months, swapped back to my account to Free Plan.

Then on the 6th of Nov this year, I got a charge on my card on an account that is supposed to be already a free plan for 6 months.

This is the timeline of the charges:

Got promo code for the 6 months free
-> Around May, I was charged for the next 6 months. ( This is alright, as it was still in the Premium plan ).
-> So I changed the plan to Free plan sometime after that.
-> Now I'm getting another charge for a free plan.

Got replies from GiveReceipt via FB. He will be checking with the payment platform ( which he claimed it will take a couple of days ).

I have to make a follow-up on them myself since I don't know what's taking them so long.

He literally replied,

Bummer for our team as we didn't make any backup on our emails before moving to another server..
And seems like GiveReceipt have no intention of making any direct refund instead.

A little disappointed but hopefully I won't get any charges again next year.

G@rena: Some dust around the corner, some printing issues on Ahri's right hand (Its a little faded, not sure its dirt or stain, but it can't be cleaned with cloth so I gave up cleaning it just incase end up damaging it.)
