Made a purhcase for iceborne for RM98.25. But my bank charge me RM105.19.
Happen to me on my second purchase. But my friends didnt have any additional charge on there purchase.

Laptop wont restart, screen will just black out while the LED light up.
Also wont shutdown (Screen will black out as well but LED still light up) after i disable fast startup. But if i enable fast startup i can shut down but the wifi disable almost every startup. Then i need to shutdown and power on AGAIN.
Anyway to fix it ? User refuse to downgrade to win 7 and win 10 is too laggy due to only 2gb of ram.
Laptop model is Acer 4750G.

Think its time to upgrade. Currently thinking of ditching intel going for ryzen for a change. Since it seems to have more value with the price and intel has been under going these pass few years as well.
