hye.. i just bought Asus M5A78M-LX and Phenom ii x4 955 BE at lowyat yesterday..
after assemble the the hardware, when i turn on, the bootup system said this..
"THE CPU IS NOT SUPPORTED TO THIS PRODUCT TO DETAIL GO TO WEB SITE ASUS.COM"

but i still can install windows but the problem still occur at start up.. i have to press F1 to resume to windows.
just wanna ask if the proc and mobo did not compatible or how can i solve the problem (without changing the proc) coz it get annoying whenever i switch on the computer..

windows logo shifted to the left

i donno what im doing until the desktop screen shifted to the left..
i adjust the resolution on control panel and the screen is back to normal.
but at the start up of my computer, the windows 7 logo still shifted to the left and sometimes the screen is blinking.
but when it enter the desktop everything is fine..
what seems to be the problem..? please help me..

i want to make a gaming/video desktop using phenom II X4 960 at lowyat but there is no stock..

they prefer me FX 4100 instead..

Q1 : which processor will serve me better?

Q2 : what is the different between them? (in simple language please because im noob)

Q3 : what is the difference in term of price? ( i forgor to ask the price for FX 4100)

Q4 : IF phenom II X4 is better where can i find it?
