Need help in identifying land lot

Hi all,

My family has a few plot of land of a few acres and we roughly know where it is located. However, those land are so abandoned that it is now a small jungle. We recently want to do a land clear up. Does anyone know who should we find to identify the exact land plot, specifically the stone tembok / 石墩 that indicates the 4 corners of the land? We searched high and low throughout the highly possible area but could not find it. Some of the family members remember seeing those tembok more than 20 years ago when we first bought the land. Can someone please give any clue as we really got no idea where to start. Should we approach the state government Pejabat Tanah or private company for the work? Any recommendation?

Thanks.
