Safeguard Cdm Transaction Timeout

Hello, I just experience an issue with a Safeguard cdm. I transferred some money into my own account and it dispensed a receipt and the money hatch was closed. So i thought everything was ok then i head back and realized the transaction didn't go through to my back account.

Upon checking back the receipt it states "Transaction Timeout".

Any chance will i see my money back? I'm pretty sure the money hatch was closed before going back. Tried calling safeguard but they haven't pick up the phone. 😔
