Changes of billing date without notice by maxis

Just wondering any maxis member here has experience what i encounter this month suddenly received sms & email by maxis saying my billing date was being change to 5 days ealier and their current billing calculation of billing date is base on 25 days instead of 30 or 31 days as per calender year, when prompt further what about the missing 5 days will customer get reate or refund? their customer service just provide an answer of WILL FEEDBACK CUSTOMER CONCERN TO MANAGEMENT WITH NO SOLUTION.

So Any maxis subscripber facing the same issue or any advice to solve this.

Which Wi-Fi 6 router

Hi all sifu,

Recently my almost 10 year maxis fibre 100Mbps Wi-Fi 5G & 2.4G with voip double storey house (original stock router provide by maxis keep having issue of slow & bad connection. After complaining to maxis their technicians told me it is due to my router is aging & time to replace but I was not keen to continue with 2 year contract binding.

I did ask few reputable seller from shopee & Lazada all of them told me as long as I have voip attach their new Wi-Fi 6 router can not be use & those router I am enquiry is tplink ax10, 20 & 50 even d-links router.

Any sifu can give some advice which brand of router I can purchase which is easy to set up for DIY as i am not so good in network set up? By the way I did manage to get my PPOE login & password from maxis?

My house device set up are 2 tv box, 3 phone, 2 tablet, 2 laptop & 1 desktop. I am plan not to use the voip phone as well if the new router is not compatible (since day one I never use it as well).

Due to current budget in my lovely pocket do not allow me to use branded tyre which i heart also want to use but have to face reality & i was recommended by few tyre shop in usj, puchong & pj about these two brand so just want to know it is suitable for turbo car or fast speed cruising in highway or genting road?

Problem with HDMI ARC connection

i am having a sharp LC-60LE640X (around 10 months) & Samsung HW-H551 sound bar (4 days olds).

- I have been trying to connect the soundbar HDMI output to my sharp tv HDMI 1 input (ARC), after connection the tv is detecting there is a ARC connection with the soundbar showing the indication as well. Unfortunately when i turn on my tv HDMI 2 (Blue ray player) & HDMI 3 (Media player) my soundbar just do not have sound coming out

So any sifu can enlighten me on how to make it function? As i have been in both tv & soundbar menu countless of time but still fail.

I have been wanting to get a yamaha sound bar but most of the range their price is really way out of my budget for my tv, so been looking around the net & retail shop with testing countless of sound bar which none of it get my attention then my mind pop up this question why i do not consider computer speaker.

Just out of curiosity any of the member here has try to use their computer speaker to replace Sound Bar & Home Theatre System? mind to share? i have shortlist above both above model speaker please comment because both of the system get quite good remark from website?

I have try & follow with all the instruction from the menu book to set up my sharp LC-60LE640x led tv internet connection with LAN cable but the TV keep showing setup fail, the LAN cable connecting to the TV is going through AZtech Homeplug, please help?

By the way i notice it is quite difficult to purchase sharp usb wireless adaptor KI-OUA004WJN1 in klang valley, so can i use normal computer wireless adaptor as a receiver, any sifu outthere have the same tv as me please enlighten me?

Car Accident in private property

Need some help here, if we involve an accident inside private building like: shopping complex, office building, cemetery area (nirvana, fair park) which their road do not have road name, can we claim insurance for damage & is it necessary to make a police reports. because been getting answer from the management that you can make report but it is very hard to do claim for both vehicle since malaysia general insurance for car is only cover car out of private building & area?

If making report will the driver in fault get the saman?

just need to ask some forumer here have any experience with Mego Lighting in bandar puchong utama LED downlight? Being quote rm 80 for 16w 3 way funtion (one time switch on light up all led, second time switch on will light up the middle 4 led with yellow color & third time switch on will light up will light up the side led) LED downlight (6'') & rm 50 for 9w white or yellow Led downlight.

Really need some opinion from experience user or comment wheter the price is reasonable, will need to finalise wheter to use led or tradition downlight. Million & billion thanks first for all your comment.

I am in the dilemma of choosing which company should i choose in term of good workmanship & after sales services. i just went back from perfect living fair and get few quote from reliance home, novaro and hong lee, the price range per square fits is reliance offer the cheapest due to promotion, novaro price is between both one of the drawback is their technical knowledge is limited & as per hong lee they are base on dealer to promoted the sales but their display door is the most impressived quality but the most expensive.

Hope to get as much opinion from experience user out there, because will decided on tomorrow roadshow. my door side is inner width 68cm, height 83cm.
