Bath/Shower after workout?

As title said,

I've did some googling on this issues. Some said it's ok,some said it's not.
So i would like to hear from the community here itself.

Is it ok to take shower right after workout? or perhaps there's some cooling down period before taking a bath?

PC not waking up after sleep

Hai guys,i need some help over here

ive just bought new mobo ASUS p8z77-m
and somehow one major issues occur.

once the display sleep,i cant seems to wake it up
my fan hdd led still there spinning like normal but the display remain black
while the monitor led just blinking as it has lost power with cpu

i doubt this had to do with software since it happens with 32 bit before i try with 64
googling result left me with bios setting and certain method which also leave me with dead end such as

- going to device manager>right click usb root hub properties>power management> allow this device to wake up the computer
but that choice is greyed out. i lost there

- playing with various windows power management setting such as disable hybrid sleep.disable usb suspended with no avail

- go to bios > AMP> enable wake up from PCI,PCIE but result still the same

ive yet trying to enable ErP from bios considering the only available option is S4+S5 or S5 but theres no option of S3?
or did i miss something there because S3 is the option that i want

and most of the time,when screen becomes black ,i have to press reset button and it will reboot with windows did not shutdown properly yadi yada.
this is distressing

any PC guru here can shed some light about this, much much appreciated . Thanks

Unable to format write protected usb

hello guys, i have this pendrive kingmax 16gb.

recently i copy some folders from my office pc..
then when i take back and plug in to my home pc,i encounter some problem,i can copy the file from pendrive but i can't delete the file in it...its write protected..
i tried formatting but the same error "write protected" popup again thus failing the formatting process.. can anyone help me to remove this write protected thing ?

guys,yes im sure most of of us who work facing this problem

SLEEPY at work... can you guys give me some tips on how to get fresh from being sleepy

-i tried drinking redbull and livita but that doesnt help
-washing my face with water,after like 5 minutes sleepy again
-yes i do sleep early 11-12 (need to sleep earlier than that?)
-slapping my face gently ,same with washing with water but additional hurt on face

any tips from you guys

just now,i start my FF and suddenly realize the bookmark toolbar is missing
i go to view,toolbar,bookmark toolbar ..nothing happened
boot in safemode,reset toolbar,still the same...

anyone came across this and manage to get the toolbar back?

Okay guys. i know everyone of us have their own history on how they get involved in art and who influence them. So why not sharing the stories .. Would love to hear it from you guys

Ill start first. I love to draw

POWER RANGERS- This is the first time i started to draw,my first influence was POWER RANGERS. when i was 6, i love to draw them(especially their robot and stuff)
DRAGON BALL(Akira Toriyama)-akira toriyama have influenced many mangaka and so am i. this is the first time i was interested to draw manga, started to know about dragon ball at the age of 9 CARDCAPTOR SAKURA(Clamp)- this is the time when i start to draw female character, . it really encourage me and help me alot
GEMPAK/KREKO - This magazine helps me a lot in creating my own stroke,drawing my own character . A new life for me in drawing manga
GUNDAM SEED - An Anime that influenced me to draw MECHA ... . im glad ive came across this Anime

NOW- rarely have the time to improve my drawing skill because I've fall with another profession. Architecture
