Currently I'm searching for my 4th properties, plan for flip after 5 years and below are my criteria
1. Freehold in KL
2. Fully HDA residential unit
3. Low Entry Cost

Please help me to decide either Lexa(Wangsa Maju) or Pantai Sentral Park/Novum(Bangsar South)
By the way, i'm working at Menara TM , is a factor for my me to decide

What to do EPF Withdrawal ?

As advised by my lawyer, I should withdraw my epf saving for my 3rd house for the downpayment,
for the 1st and 2nd houses , the epf never been used before,
currently I'm regret because I dont know what to with this money because my aim to get rm100k in epf before 30 years old,
so this goal already tarnished at 28 years old....
what to do with this rm25k... I already spared my own saving for the 3rd house downpayment and legal fee brows.gif

Land Lot Investment - Homestay

Hi...good day,

currently my famili got 3 lots of land at my hometown at teluk intan
and the small piece of the lots already rent-out by digi used as telecommunication tower - rental for rm1.5k annually,
due the title of land only for bangunan not for pertanian,
i plan to do homestay...
so query right should i choose bambu house, wooden chalet or cabin container as my material for homestay,
currently the cabin container is the cheapest based on quation only rm7k for 20x10ft....
bambu house = rm30k
wooden chalet = rm50k to rm120k

please help me to choose... but homestay is seasonal business, what's other i can do on that land ? flex.gif
mushroom farming ? ???
another one ...is that anyone to stay near to telco tower for homestay ?

2nd Property (2013)– Flat at Bukit Jalil – Inheritance from my father, currently for own stay and sublet other 2 more rooms , monthly RM520 ....
Cash in ASB = RM 20k... ASB Loan = RM 50K
Tabung Haji = RM 7k
Other investment in Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera(AHB), Amanah Saham Gemilang(ASG-Pendidikan), few gold coins – Dinar, Dirham and Kijang Emas
Loan eligilibity (Staff Loan) = RM 500K fixed rate 4.00 interest
Loan eligibility (Commercial Bank Loan) = RM 450K BLR
Next Planning –

i want to ask ur opinion..currently i manage to run for 3km only and below,
more than that i failed ...
is that due to my stamina ?
but i can play squash and badminton for hours so i dont think stamina is wrong,
but actually i hate running because my mind will fly to away...thinking problems etc...
compare to squash and badminton... this game more to tactical game, so my mind concentrate to game but not to running/maraton,
i want join maraton

currently in the junction to proceed with property or asb invesment
i already own property that provide me positive cash flow around rm500 monthly = rm6k anually from the rental,
and rm50k asb loans, should i proceed to buy more property than add/topup the asb loan to rm200k ?
but based on my loan facility, i only eligible to buy property less than rm300k and rm200k asb loan,
