Is there any lawyers can help here?

I am a seller on Shopee platform, there was a dispute where the result has sided to buyer and I have incurred the lost of my goods + shipping fees. After many attempts to settle this with Shopee itself, it seems like their customer service was not effective in handling the case. I'm thinking to write a letter of demand and hand it directly to their office. May I know if there is any lawyer can help me to screen through the letter? If needed, I would engage a lawyer to go through the court proceedings if turns out to be the case.
