Cutting Question

Hi guys,

A newbie, started around 2 months lifting weight.

I have been doing a lot of research online, I realized I need to cut first before doing anything like clean bulk.

I do bought a body fat scale, don't think it is accurate, but it has showing I have bodyfat 20% and sometimes 19%.

I do read it is better to cut first until around 10% bodyfat, then do clean bulk and repeat until satisfied.

So I have started calories deficit(low carbs)/lift heavily/cardio around a month already, my bodyfat is still around 19%-20% but I do look thinner now, may be that is body fat scale's problem.

How long do you guys take in cutting phase? 3 months at least? Do you guys use fat burner to expedite the cutting process?

This is weird, today went back hometown, I suddenly got red letter from MBPJ summon, but never received any MBPJ summon letter before (checked the website, it stated Jan 28 2014), the car used by my parents and they are old already and got diseases, how do they drive alone to PJ?

And they have also never go to PJ before, the farthest the car go is pulau pinang only as we live in small town in Perlis.

So any idea, guys? Ever get the summon like this? Or someone stole our car plate?

Hi,

I am new in this area, I am sole proprietor for almost a year now and I am thinking to purchase my first home.

But I have searched around the web, it seems it is hard for sole proprietor to get the housing loan in my first year.

So anyone knows when and how can I get my housing loan?

Do I need to contribute EPF, so the bank would approve easily? If yes, I will do so but I don't want to if possible.

Or my first year income tax would do? But I have read most of the banks need at least 2 years.

Thanks for helping me on this matter. I am noob at this kind of stuff.

Open Current Acc Background Review need to pay?

I feel weird, is that Open Company Current Account need to pay for Background Review?

I just trying to open Public Bank Company Current Account, but they need me to pay RM30 for background review and wait a week for the result.

Is that possible?

My friend also opened Public Bank Company Current Account 6 months ago at different branch, he doesn't need to pay for background review and they just checked his background within few minutes and it is FREE.

Please someone help me? I feel weird.

I have registered as sole proprietor and I do have one problem like everyone else. That is Biz current account introducer.
I have a lot of money inside paypal, I don't even dare to withdraw back to my saving account because I heard they will freeze it.

So I just want to ask can a "personal current account introducer" refer me to open "Biz current account"? in Maybank or Publicbank.

P.S: I want to open BIZ current account for enterprise company.

I have 2 iphones delivered from Canada by my friend to me. Using DHL.
I know there is 0% taxes on smartphone.

but I know it will be detained by custom for sure
I just want to know, can I assign agent to apply SIRIM for me? Or DHL will apply for me and collect money when delivered the items?
I live too far away to apply it.

If this works, the custom will released my iphones and send straight to me, right?

streamyx blockbuster 1mb RM135.55?

Just received the new bill for tmnet, it stated RM135.55 for caj perkhidmatan internet
and still got caj bulanan.. CRAZY!!

I have signed up for 1mb streamyx blockbuster 1mbps only first month, this is supposed to be RM110 for blockbuster deal. Now it is RM135.55 for 1mbps???

What the hell? What should I do? Can I just complain to MCMC?
or just go to TMpoint first?

I still got the confirmation slip proving the date of upgrade.

Today I want to upgrade my good' old streamyx 512kbps to BB deal 1Mbps.. then I found out "ACTUALLY my streamyx is 1Mbps, really??

Then why my download speed is still around 50kb?? and still paying RM66 for it. Lmao. So, they are blocking me from upgrading to BB deal 1Mbps.

Crazy, so what should I do? Anyone having this problem too? Please help me, thanks.

I am having a some hard time to get a loan. Since I haven't declare tax or something like that.
My main source is come from internet. I made my living by forex trading and google adsense. Which is risky but in profit every month.

How do I get a house loan? Do I need to fill out "borang B"? or register as sole proprietor or something like that? register a company name lol? bank's current account pretend I got income every month?

The stupid P1 keeps SUCKING my money every month even though I have been suspended for 3 or 4 months. I have never use P1 at all in these 3 or 4 months. They still keep CHARGING my bill. Very annoying.

I want to cancel the service but I am not willing to pay those 3 or 4 months that I have never used AT ALL. So I still haven't pay them yet. But I realized that if I am not pay them now, my name could be blacklisted and the bill keeps rolling.

What should I do now? Can anyone help me? Just pay them or what?

My 24-month-HELL of P1 subscription has been over. So, I should able to cancel it with theirs stupid charges?? I just don't want to pay them the 3 or months that I have never used AT ALL. I can pay them the months before they have suspended me which I did using it.
