hi guys...i just got my PC last three weeks ago and only got to use it during weekend as cannot bring the pc to hostel.

specs below

1)i notice that when the first time i turn on the pc the'push' fan is wobble or 'gelong' but not that much. but this week i got back and turn on the fan wobbling moree/more noticeable. the 'pull' fan running ok.

2)the psu produce buzzing noise but not frequent.

should i be concern about these two problems?

hi sifu2,my budget will be around 4k up to 4.5k with monitor without keyboard and mouse.

i have selected some part but have problem choosing the right one..purpose gaming and working(dreamweaver/photoshop/etc)

plan to OC it.
