            <title>Condo with Garden but Bank dun factor in the value</title>

            <description>recently viewed a condon on GF with spacious and private garden and a unit on high floor with normal-sized balcony however the bank gave me a shock when it says the value of the upper unit is more than the GF one with garden.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Both units are same in layout, type, size and partially furnished.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Certainly the GF seller is demanding higher price with its exclusive garden and said the garden is definitely included in the SPA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I asked the bank why like this.??? They have no concrete answers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone knows how could this happen?</description>
