Newbie help - Travel to SG via train

Hi,
Quick question, my first time taking shuttle tebrau to SG. I have book online train ticket for Thursday 8.45am (normal working day),

I know sometimes the crowd can be insane. Is arrive 8am sufficient time to board the train or need to arrive way earlier?

I've tried read online, but I am still uncertain, can verify the flow below and correct me if I'm wrong.

Arrive JB sentral > Proceed to shuttle tebrau at gate A > scan passport (as ticket) > go through immigration scanning bag > wait in waiting room > arrive SG walk through green channel > pass the SG arrival slip and check passport > Thats all?

Also on same day return JB on Thursday night, 11.45pm, what time I should target to arrive Woodland checkpoint?

I live in KL. Gov no longer offer braces for adults, only young kids/student. As most of the private dentist charge quite high for braces.

Can anyone recommend or know dentist (not fake one la) that can offer low price to do braces?

Previously my agent friend ask if I can support him boosting sales by paying few months in advanced (no worry is not scam because I pay via jompay)

But I don't dare to ask my agent this so I thought of asking here; If I wish to switch to other insurance, will GE refund my payment in advance(until may) or there is no other way but wait until "expire" then switch to other insurance?

Say after the first meet up, I would want to continue texting.
My question is how frequent texting is consider appropriate? Do I text her next day to show that I'm thinking about her but at the risk of making myself sounds desperate?
Or I shouldn't text her to show I give some space but at the risk of her thinking I'm not caring enough and probably ignore my text in future.

I also wonder if girls really excited to see simple text such as Good Morning and stuff like that.

Hi,
My first time selling motorcycle. I am just curious, I search one website it says better to collect deposit before selling. Guide on Selling Motorcycle
May I know what is the purpose of collect deposit? and would RM200 appropriate? Let say I am selling RM3200 motorbike.

So basically the process would be:
1) Collect deposit
2) Let the driver test drive
3) Go to JPJ change ownership
4) Collect the remaining money
5) Later to cancel insurance

Does the 3 and 4 correct sequence? or should I collect money first?

As per title, does anyone know how to fix this?
Every single time when I start up pc, have to unplug and re-plug wifi adapter and to troubleshoot wifi multiple time, I have even brought a new wifi adapter and apparently the issue still the same.

Any idea how to fix this?

Solo Trip using 100cc Scooter

Hey guys. I'm inspired by some of the forumer here to do solo trip, hence I am thinking of using Honda Beat 100cc Scooter. Question is, is it practical?

My 5 days itinerary as below:
Day 1 - 7am depart to Sekinchan. Then evening either stay in setiawan or teluk intan
Day 2 - 7am depart to Taiping
Day 3 - 7am depart to Penang
Day 4 - Another half day stay in penang, then depart to Ipoh
Day 5- back to KL

Do you guys think this is practical?

Hi all,
I am new to mortgage loan. Just like to know a few things about progressive payment.

I am on the CIMB islamic mortgage(tawarruq) for 300k rumawip house(bal 270k plus 6k mrta), with only conventional airasia saving account.
1) Previously the mortgage salesperson mention may required to open islamic current account, but then say no need. It is not much difference if it's not flexi right?

2) Let say I am capable to start monthly loan payment, would you recommend I start apply to pay monthly installment? I'm 30 yo single staying with parent but I don't make alot of money(3k+) and I understand the risk if the developer bankrupt but at the same time I am really considering reducing my total loan payout. Other than that, I am clueless whether I should start apply pay monthly installment.

FYI, the developer is Aset Kayamas, and the bank lending rate is 4.7%(which is quite high to me). Monthly payment would be at 1.5k+ for 25 yrs. Current progressive payment is at 200+
