Passing shop keys to agent

Hi guys, just want to ask when you normally want to rent out your shop, do you pass your keys to all the agent that request the keys from you?

The typical reason is once they have your keys, if any interested tenant ask for viewing, they can show them without the owner present. I have pass keys to two of the agent that i know, but lately quite a few agents called me and ask me for keys to help me rent out, but i am skeptical on passing keys to many agent that i do not know...any advice?

PC can't power on

My pc just suddenly can't power on, using all this while is fine. The green light on the motherboard did light up, that means the PSU is not a problem right?

I have tried unplugging all HDD except the main one, unplug one of the ram, still cant' power on. Any other suggestion?

I am looking to sell my car to used car dealer, is there any area that has a few used car dealer nearby? This way i can just go to 1 place and visit few dealer and ask around. The place i only know is Bukit Jalil Auto City.

Is there anything to aware of when you sell your car to used car dealer?

i was charged meter fare + toll fee + RM12, i don't know what this RM12 is for, taxi driver say this normal practice?

1. Steering wheel will steer to one side, suspect is the IC burned as seen circled in yellow in the picture, changing the IC should bring it back to life.
2. Pedals and shifter all no problem, the four buttons on the shifter and the accelerator/brake is still funcitioning.
3. Selling because i don't have the skills and resource to change the IC.
4. Can also buy for spare if your Pedals/Shifter is faulty.

Hi, where do you guys go audition for speakers whenever you feel like buying one? Currently i am planning to upgrade my speaker for PC, brands that i know of are Hivi and Audioengine, is there any shops that has various brands to audition? Are those shops in Amcorp mall able to do that?

The only choice i know of is Desa - Kepong, for those Home Entertainment system. I have been to the one in Kepong, any other choices? The best is they sell both bookshelf speaker and home entertainment system, please recommend
