[Help] Injured-Recuperating Tenant

Hello,

My family's flat currently have a tenant that couldn't work due to an accident, he is still recovering with issue with walking.

He didn't pay for 4-5 months already and recently I have paid the tenant a visit and his condition as he said.

So, what can I do to help him? I have emailed to the local area MP (Mailbox full). Where and what else can I do?

He also doesn't have any relative, my objective is to get government to help him and let him recuperate in a better condition. Also to get the property back (FLAT with broken lift).

Appreciate all avenues.

I experienced couple times of BSOD with my new rig details as below:

Currently the rig is back at the store but the tech couldn't find any issue and he suspect might be voltage issue at my home (I lived in condo).

Objective here is to ask otai if there's any other issue that could be possibly wrong (bios updated) before I purchase UPS to avoid BSOD.

Attached is BSOD logs.

Experienced on and off BSOD for 1 month before decided to send back to store for warranty. BSOD happens 95% during gaming with Long Dark and Pubg. 5% happen during browsing/watching YouTube.
