Seeking for part time job

Hi all. I currently looking for part time job that can be done night time or weekend. Main purpose is to get extra income for certain period of time (6 month to a year). Previously I did data entry back in 2016 where it can be done anytime and anywhere which suit my schedule. No target, more you do the more you get kind of gig. I looking something similar but most now all scam whereby you need to pay to get more job which I can smell the scam in the air. As for now I already list out 2 gig which is e-hailing and food delivery but e-hailing require PSV and food delivery can be quite risky.

My top priority is something you can do it at home and non dropship like job (sales). Anyone have a legitimate website or certain group which I can engage with to get these type of freelance job?

Appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

EPF Withdrawal for house downpayment

Hi, i'm having an issue and seeking for advice here. I received my SNP and going to withdraw my epf money. The issue is EPF only allow withdrawal for age 50, 55 and 60 as well as withdrawal for medical purpose to be deal at counter. Other than that everything else need to do online. Now here come the 2nd issue where e-withdrawal only allow 4 financial institution which my bank (which i taking loan from) not listed. So now, I asking here (since EPF only open on weekdays to call) is there any other way to withdraw the money? anyone have experience in this?

I read at EPF website there is something call "panel financial institution" but it does not state enough information. I'm not sure what does it mean but from what i read, it mean the list of bank which we can transfer the money to. For this, it means the bank that I have account with. I read more and I saw apply thru mail which will be my last option because since we still under MCO, postal will be delay and there will be high chance my document goes missing.

Anyone that have experience withdrawing money from EPF apart dealing at counter, please share some experience. Thank in advance.

New freehold apartment or subsales landed leasehol

Hi all. I welcome all opinions on this.

1 keen to buy my 1st property. Its for ownstay but i also dont mind to convert it to investment in future.

I have 2 option (which the above) which interested in. Both have pros and cons which i take it seriously:

New freehold apartment:
Pros
- new
- nearer to my office
- freehold which can sell at anytime for investment purposes
- good location

Cons
- high-rise with no space to work on my bike as i like to self DIY
- no extra land to do landscaping
- expensive maintenance and also increased of maintenance fee in future
- high density (even developer said low but to my eyes its consider as high density)
- risky management

Subsales leasedhold landed
Pros
- got extra space back and front
- can extend the house anytime
- got space to work with my bike and car
- no maintenance fee as no guard. Even tho in future will have like some landed propeeties, it wont be that expensive.
- low density

Cons
- a bit far from my office and quite jem too (but i can face it since i use bike. On weekend will be different story)
- no security
- leasehold mean hard to sell in future unless renew it
- expensive premium renewal (can pay rm1000 for extension but unable to sell it unless pay premium)
- low % for refinancing (both approval rate and refinancing rate)
- need to fork out extra money for repairing (paint etc)

Scenario:
If you have these 2 choice with price below 300k, which one u will go for?

Advice and opinion are welcome. Also, what else i need to consider apart from strata?

Hi,

I have a newborn about 3 mo now. Yesterday went for regular check up and we found out that our nb are underweight. From the nurse respond, it actually something to worry about. She said the next check up if my nb still underweight, need to seek doctor attention. I quite worry now and me + my wife plan to put some weight on my nb until at the recommended figure but i dunno what is the best way since she still 3 mo.

Before u ask, yes i already consult with the nurse but i need 2nd opinion. I havent consult with Doc yet coz the check up only involve the nurse. Here is my nb current diet plan:

- breastfeed 8-10 times per day. Mix of bottle and direct feed around 80ml per feed.
- no additional food intake (no formula milk)
- sometimes she didnt finish 1 bottle

Since this is my first baby, i dont have any experience to deal with this. I open myself to any opinion, advice and suggestions. Currently our only plan is to feed her mix of breastfeed and formula milk. If anyone can suggest to me any good formula milk at affordable price, that would be great
