Problem to Connect to Web

Hi guys. i feel like problem to access this site few weeks ago. it is problem come form my pc or website itself? please help me out to open this site bcoz i'm really noob to understand this matter. the error like i paste it here. what was this?

Hi sir, i got a problem to connect to wireless network which is signal strength is very good. about 4 out of 5 bar. actually this network come from my hometown which is named Kampung Wifi. at the taskbar shows its connected but at the wireless icon appeared a yellow rectangle with exclamation. its mean no internet access. when i try access to the website using firefox, the server not found. i'm using window 7 64x with USB Wireless Network Card WiFiSKY 10G. REALTEK RTL8187 Wireless LAN Utility for network adapter. I did to change TCP/IPv4 ip address manually but it doesnt work. hope you can give me a favor to solve this problem because my daily task really need me the internet. hope to hear from you soon.

HEY GUYZ... NEED UR FAVOUR WITH MY CELCOM BROADBAND. VERY SLOW SPEED. I'M REGISTERED TO THE 68 PLAN. CAN U HELP ME TO GIVE SOME TIPS HOW CAN I TWEAK THE CONNECTION TO BOOST UP A BIT?? I'M USING K3565 AS A MODEM. ACTUALLY I'M NOW ALMOST EXCEED A 5G MONTHLY LIMIT AND NOW I'M TRYING TO USE A TOONEL. BUT STILL SLOW. WHAT DO THINK IF I'M TRY TO HIDE AN IP ADDRESS??
