BIS, wifi and my credit.

hello.
im currently facing a problem. i dont know it about the BB itself or celcom.
i've read a lot regarding BIS. It stated that its not a really good phone if i just use the phone without BIS.
i used to subscribed to BIS, but for some reason i unsubscribed it.
then i try to connect to wifi without BIS, and it works.
but telan my credit. as far as i know, if using wifi, it not supposed to deduct your credit kan?
i tried to turn off the data service, and surprisingly, after that some of my credit is back. weird.
how can i surf the internet without BIS but only wifi? i know it works but i have to turn on the date service. but if i turn on the data service, it will telan my credit. hah so pening lahhh..!
what can i do to prevent my credit from habis di telan ? hurrmmmm??

hye people. hurmmm im facing a problem with my BB at the moment.
it cannot turn on. what can i do??
pls pls pls, i need to use the phone asap. :'(
it actually turned off by itself because my battery was drained.
then ive charged for hours, but still cannot be turn on.
it never happen before. please, somebody help me..!
what can i do to make it turn on??

hye babes, i need ur little help here. My senior year prom night is coming soon. (within 2 weeks from now).
but i havent buy anything yet, so much to buy.
dress, shoe, bag, etc. so much money to spend on. wahh pokai la nanti.
do you guys have any idea where can i buy nice yet at reasonable prices dress for the night? around kl? my budget is within rm100.
not more than rm150 because i will only wear it for one time so i dont want to spend so much money on it. and also i need to buy shoes, bag, etc.
so i dont think i wanna spend much on the dress.
im kinda petite person and i think knee length dress will look great on me. what do you guys think?
pls pls pls babes. time is running out, i need to find the dress ASAP.
