Is it normal for the internet speed to reduce after connected to the VPN?

I notice this in my torrent speed as my max speed before getting the VPN is ard 5Mbps, but it will be ard 1.5Mpbs after connected to VPN.

Anything that I can do to get back my normal speed?? or at least increase the speed than current?

Hi all,

Any RFT recommendation? Currently using Dunlop Sportmaxx 19' (235/35ZR19). I found that the wear and tear for this tyre is too short. I cannot be replacing the tyre so often.

Also would like to know, is there any drawbacks if i used non-RFT.

Car accident

This morning i accidentally scratch someone's car. Just a minor damage - his bumper tercabut a bit on the leftside. He drives a honda civic. My front right lamp got crack a bit.

So, yeah to make thing simple, its my fault for bang his car. He asked honda for the quotation, and the replacement could cost around RM1.5k.

So now, the problem is, i'm not sure whether should he be claiming my insurance for the damages, or I just pay him cash for wad ever damages.

If claim insurance, my NCD is wasted. If pay cash, my cash pulak wasted.. ..

Now we are negotiating whether its okay to send the car to any third party workshop.

Wad u guys think..
