Right now eyeing Samsung Q990D or Bravia Theathere 8.

The Q990D seems like better choice for me since it is all in one set, but can consider paying the Sony tax if really worth it to pair Sony tv & sony soundbar.

Feel free to recomend me any other soundbar + sub + rear speaker setup within 5k range

Will use this for mostly movies & gaming, sometimes only for music

Not interested in bookshelf speakers.

Budget below rm500 for each, can stretch summore too since can claim from company

Preferabally black colour, long lasting, can easily be maintained changed parts and easy to look for parts.

Using it solely for work only, no gaming at all.

For the keyboard prefabbally not too bulky so that can be easily move around and kept

For the mouse want the slient type, wireless, and the side holding one, as slim as possible without loosing its ergonomicness.

Can recomend me any comfy office chair as per my budget? Willing to increase budget if worth it.

Currently using Ikea Markus but it is no longer suitable for me due to my neck and back pain.

I avoid using the word ergonomic because later will say only those Herman Millers are ergonomic etc haha
Also wanna avoid buying refurbished / second hand of those super expensive chairs, but if really worth it wanna give it a try.

Also understand every people will have dif pref as to what is comfy and I will need to try myself out each chairs suggested

Rent to Own (RTO) Washer Dryer

Anyone got any experience with any of it, if yes which one should do you recomend Khind, Coway or Cuckoo?

I done few research myself and aware that:
You will never really own any of the machine, once you have done your repayment tenure, they will replace with a new model and continue making a new monthly repayment

Washer Dryer have different load for washing and drying, so will not fully dry eveything and the dryer also will consume more electricity

I dont mind the above as i can still hang dry outside those that are not fully dried by the machine, or to reduce the drying load

Buying seperate washer dryer not an option due to space limitation

And the warranty and free monthly service really attracts me to this RTO scheme, since if i buy upfront it wont come with the free monthly servicing right?

But if majority have really bad experience with RTO scheme or washer/dryer combo machine or both, i might consider to just buy the washer dryer machine up front and just use the washer part, or just buy a washing only machine without any dryer function. Feel free to recomend any good brands/model too, thanks!

I know this is long shot, but anyone else notice there used to be a statue maybe of a bird or chicken, at taman perdana, it is just near the bird park entrance, but even in the 90’s it already looked quite old, and now at google map that place got so many trees cant see anything
