Accident question

Hi I just met an accident during merging of lanes

So here's the story

I just came out of toll, turned left, then I had to merge to the lane on my right, so I've given signal, saw gap between car which is more than enough for me to fit in, then I merged into the lane, almost completely and then 'pomp' the car behind hit me at the right corner of the back of my car.

We both came down and exchanged contact, took some photos and left.

So I continued my journey then made police report, and which I heard the result was both of drivers at fault so each will claim own insurance.

Someone if could enlighten me.

Will add additional points on this post when I feel that's necessary.

My intention to appeal as I don't feel that is on my fault as I've merged to the lane and got hit at the right corner of back of my car

Dear all sifus,

just wonder does anyone has civic fc, mine is year 2017, now my car the fuel consumption (FC) quite high, previously usually hangs around 16km/l, but currently its 10km/l to 12km/l max. wonder anything i could check to know the reason behind high FC?

second would that when going on uneven road, there would be 'thump' sound near the rear left of the car. but when going through a hump, it doesnt have the 'squeeking' sound, but recently i have changed the rear bearing and it happened after few month after changing the wheel bearing.

im planning to travel to Japan, with my wife and my son who is about 3 years old coming year.

first i have never travel to Japan before and i not sure what and how to plan for my trip, like budgeting and planning for accommodation and stuffs. again im also concerned about the radioactive water which is discharged into ocean.

so, would it be safe if really traveling to Japan.

i like something like staycation with retreat kinda feel which the young one can actually explore or could play with water.

budget maybe between 500 to 600? if required the budget to be bumped up i dont mind with condition that i like that area/place.

Hey guys,

i not sure whether you guys remembers me or not but last time i posting something that should i go ahead to get into relationship with someone older than me and she had a daughter.
so long story short, i got into relationship with her but it does not go well, yup, we broke up.

reason behind the breakup is she actions, suspecious, hiding in a corner of the house to chat/reply? messages, which i caught her red handed! when confronted she refuse to say who is she replying etc, and it went from bad to terrible and we broke up and separated. now, today i found out that she actually flirting with a guy which she kept on say that he is just a friend of hers, but in the content of the text the guy actually said that he misses her, and asking her out this and that. not only that is that the guy actually wanted to be with her, and she censored her own reply to him. yeah, man down! i repeat, man down!

i really dont know what to do.. seriously. i was really serious for her, thought of and planned many things, but now end up waste of time and energy to all this bullshits! really hate myself for still holding on and expecting miricle to happen but she thinks that im just a crazy fella who barks around and messing up her life.

worst thing is that i actually thought of ending my own life.

Just a simple question, i wonder how you guys tackle those clingy son/daughter of gf of yours?

as my case my gf's daughter gets jealous of me being close with my gf, she will like get between of us when we hold hands, or she will like make a lot noise to get her mom's attention. she will always tell her mom that her mom doesnt love her anymore etc etc.. when her mom scolded her she would cry and like lock herself out. already tried talk to her myself but still couldnt figure out what to do anymore.
