I was watching a Youtuber talking about this family's house paranormal activities.

Then I went to watch their videos, like seeing how real can it be... but then seems like some videos made sense, some don't.

Anyone watched their videos before?

Also, the family suspected their former maid brought in the hantu but no mention from which country. lolz...

after that, they kasi the maid resign then that's where shit happens everyday like ur typical american horror movies la.

the paranormal activities that happened in their home has been active for years... like u not scared meh? until to the extent, the family shift house.

apparently, for first few months, they stayed peacefully in the new house, then after that, activities happened again and it got even worse the activities...

I need enlightenment...my client just informed me that CIMB does not provide standing instructions service anymore.

Is there any bank that provide such services?

Also, between SI and auto debit, what are the differences? i dont know why my client insist in using SI instead of auto debit.

Today I received a call from a mobile number 011-42394156

When I pick up, the female voice of the operator machine goes "Anda ada satu pesanan dari KKM, sila tekan nombor 0"

So my mind was running the possibilities of going to be scam, I could have just end the call but I was curious what KKM would like to tell me. After all the caring SMS-es I received from KKM, maybe got important messages kan.

Thus, I tekan nombor 0. Sekali, a male voice came in and asked me "how can I help you?"

Me: ini bukan KKM ke?

Man: tadi u dapat panggilan dari kkm? dia mesin atau orang ckp?

Me: mesin tu suruh i tekan nombor 0, i tekan la. u kkm kan? apa pesanan?

Man: oh ya ke. kejap ya. <pretend to be busy in 1 second> boleh cik bagi nama penuh untuk verification?

Me: nama penuh? ini bank ya? nak i nama penuh buat apa? pesanan saja, ckp la.

Man: utk verification saja

Me: nak bagi duit ke?

Man: kalau mcm tu, cik tak nak bagi nama penuh takpe lah. thank you <super polite way>

confirmed is scam. kalau kkm ada pesanan, ckp je la nama penuh i terus. buat ape nak i bagi nama penuh, terbalik.

konklusinya, got scammer starts to pose as kkm. berhati2lah

I have a condo unit in Cheras and I have a potential tenant interested in the unit.

rental rate everything ok but comes to deposit.

they request for 1month rental deposit + 0.5 month utilities deposit. usually standard market rate is 2.5 months where 2 months rental deposit + 0.5 utilities deposit.

Is 1 month rental deposit normal?

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 25): The proposed draft of the Kampung Baru Land Bill, which is expected to be tabled in Parliament early next year, is hoped to provide lifetime protection to Kampung Baru landowners, said Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Dr Shahidan Kassim.

He said that in the past there was no law that could specifically protect Malay reserve land, to prevent any party who wanted to change the status of the land.

“The proposed Kampung Baru Land Bill, which is currently under review by the Attorney-General's Chambers, is hoped to safeguard the interests of Kampung Baru landowners indefinitely, and the planned development will be implemented in the form of leases, mutually agreed between landowners and developers.

“I am confident that this Bill, if introduced, will serve as a guide to other States to introduce the same Bill to prevent such land from changing ownership,” he said at the launch of the Kampung Baru 2040 Development Master Plan (PIPKB 2040) and the Kampung Baru Redevelopment Implementation Guidelines (PPPSKB) on Thursday night.

Also present were his Deputy Minister, Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias, and Kampung Bharu Development Corporation (PKB) chairman, Datuk Affendi Zahari.

Meanwhile, on PIPKB 2040, Shahidan said that the master plan was drafted as guidelines to transform Kampung Baru in terms of physical, economic and social development in an integrated manner, thus driving its overall direction for the next 20 years.

“It will be a mechanism for the government and the PKB, especially in facilitating, regulating and evaluating all development proposals, through a joint venture between residents, developers and government-linked companies (GLCs).

“Insya-Allah, this master plan will make Kampung Baru a competitive settlement that gives priority to the Malays in the heart of the capital,” he said.

Shahidan said that PPPSKB was formulated to assist and encourage landowners to develop their lands on their own, or to make joint ventures with developers, GLCs and the private sector.

PPPSKB, he said, would provide special incentives that would be enjoyed by landowners and developers, covering land and development matters, including 100% exemption of development charges, open plot ratio and 70% reduction in Infrastructure Service Fund charges.

Why our banana youtuber/influencer not much dramas? (their target markets covered all races but their coverage very low)

Plot twist #2 - mother and son

A group of ten tourists entered a hotel's restaurant in China.

The story begin when a pair of mother and daughter sat together overlooking the restaurant's stage. The stage was dim and dark. As all the dishes were served, everyone started eating except for the mother and young daughter.

The mother was trying to persuade her daughter to eat as she feared her daughter gets hungry in the late night.

The daughter refused to eat. Her behaviour and action began to act weirdly. Her heart beat skipped faster than usual. She used both her hands to cover her eyes and ears repeatedly instead of holding chopsticks. Her eyes were shut tight. She refused to speak. Everyone at the table was trying to make her eat and cheerful again. Yet, she still refused to look up at her food.

Her weird behaviour and reaction has told her mother that she must've encountered paranormal sights. Her mother started to chant her Buddha scriptures to calm her down. Slowly her daughter began chanting and looked up to her mother saying that she will finish her food and quickly leave the restaurant to hotel room. Thus, both of them quickly finished their food and left the restaurant.

We all know the demand for cocoa is getting higher each year.

So far as of now, Indonesia will be the one that's upcoming to overtake Africa in cocoa production due to civil war (about cocoa) in Ivory Coast, labor issues, weather and etc.

Malaysia was once one of the top 5 cocoa producer in the 80s. Now, the production has dropped devastatingly from 247,000 tonne (in 1990) to 1,729 tonne (in 2015).

But hey,
instead of being the cocoa producer, we are one of the world's top cocoa grinders.

I'm just curious, why Malaysian investors do not want to continue plant cocoa? Now, all have either shifted to palm oil or durian. Even rubber also declining...all to focus on palm oil.

Understand that palm oil does not require intensive labor work. Unlike cocoa, requires intensive labor work from growing the trees to harvesting the fruits and seeds.

Yet, there's high demand for cocoa out there with the prices going up steadily.

Housemate Love Story

I was in love with my housemate, although I know he can't stand to be lonely and he likes to flirt around. But for some reason, I always feel that we have connection.

Sadly, what I hear from our friends (secretly) that he's not into me. I've tried doing things for him like cook for him, help him with his laundry, iron his clothes, and silly stuffs, hoping he is touched but to avail when a guy is not into me, he is really not into me. For few times, i thought he was really into me, like purposely keep calling me out of the room just to talk some non house related stuffs, or he will ask when am i back from overseas or do some chores for me though i didnt ask for it, i must be naive to think that.

Few days ago, at our common friends gathering, I found out that he was flirting with a PRC ex colleague (she's somehow younger than me) despite the numerous times he said that PRC is not his cup of tea. The same night, when we walked home half drunk and tipsy, he was like babbling about his house chores, and me being pissed somehow blurted out 'Go and find your f***ing PRC girl to do for you'. From there, we stop talking to each other, to the extent me avoiding to see him around the house by keeping myself busy. He may be even thinking what the f*** is wrong with me to throw tantrum like that.

He even dated her the following day just to get things clear but I don't know what's the outcome and don't even want to know about the outcome. Right now, we have not been talking. After thinking for a week, I should just patch up because since we are staying together and hang out often, just don't want to lose a friend. We started as friendship though not long but he's a good friend. I cannot make him be mine but at least, I want to let go of the feelings and let him be happy.

I had even asked opinion from my guy friends, they said it's my fault and I should say sorry to him. From girl's perspective, they said it's not my fault because I have feelings for him and it just that I turned that to jealousy and anger. I even thought of moving out but unfortunately, if I ever breach the contract, it would affect my other housemate.

I have a habit whenever I'm heart broken, I will start plan a vacation for next two weeks. So, next week I'm going for holiday and thinking that maybe I should patch back the friendship when I'm back from my holiday.
