‐ Ensure that practices and processes exist and when it is possible are standardized and repeatable. Ensure that these ones are continually improving and produce business cases to support team activities;
‐ Identify and implement improvements to the Service Desk incident logging system in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers;
‐ Ensure that the Service Desk is fully using appropriate knowledge management tools and practices in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers; ‐ Contribute to the success of the business and assist in improving the overall customers experience within the team;
‐ Ensure that the SCJ Mission and Vision, strategy and business plan are understood by all the team;
‐ Meet goals and KPIs as set by the line manager;
‐ Ensure that team’s KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated accordingly and delegated properly;

Me and my parther bough a house last year, the house will be completed end of this year.

Today they call me and informed that the house number is out and it is NO 13, Jalan Mawar 9A.

Base on your expericnvr or anything.

How do you guys think we can make it Lucky ?

I mean, i am so blur already dont know what to do.

Please help advice give me some good advice.

I undertgand if Chinease they will not go for 13 since it is bad luck.

Shift Allowance VS Standby Allowance

Guys.

As mentioned above.

The reason is my previous work does not have standby allowance.

Now new place my manager said I will be getting.
HR is still finalising on the policy.

So I want to check.

How much is the standby allowance like ?

Please advice. If you guys are getting and how much will it be ?

Shift allowance is RM300.

Standby means 24H leh so how will it be ?

How to save ? i mean, we cannot simply save as ai file and to the supplier rite.

what to burn in the CD to the supplier ??

need to change all to black and white 1 copy ?

I WANT TO MAKE SURE NO ALIGNMENT LARI OR GOT COLOR OR FONT TAK SAME, AND THE SIZE OF MY BROCHURE AS WELL.
