Condo with Utility room assigned in carpark zones

Hi guys, I was looking at Curvo Residence Setapak and was told ytd that they have just released new units with dedicated Utility Room in carpark. Is this a new norm nowadays?

My current condo have strict policy not allowing others to put stuff in carpark areas, which can be annoying if you use baby strollers, trolley and stuff frequently. However do you see this as a new need that is really useful in terms of accessibility, or just pure marketing gimmick? It does come with additional maintenance cost which is half of the normal psf rate.

been trying to fix this sh*t, bought mi wifi extender, bought mi router, heck i even fking bought a tplink wifi receiver thinking that somewhere somehow the problem lies in my wifi connection. no. just fking no. same shit ever. best ping i can get is 120ms, which lasts about like 5 seconds after loading is done. ping is constantly staying at 500 to 700ms, and from time to time shoot to 4 digits. highest shit i seen is 3.2k, how to even fking play. do i pay hundreds monthly just to enjoy some fascinating powerpoint gaming? way to go for sure maxsh!t

To all the sifus here,

I'm currently in dilemma for choosing which job offer to accept, here are the details:

First job offer: Performance mgt exec in a local bank. lets call it Tree Bank. Offers me the same salary package as my previous work, benefits wise din tell me yet, already done medical checkup and waiting to report to work. First tell me 10th June report to work, then ytd told me postponed to 19th June as the superior is busy with promotion things. Even offer letter also havent prepare yet.

Second job offer: HR Shared service focusing on payroll in a global logistic firm. Salary same with previous job, and with additional performance bonus which is max 16% of my salary every month. called me up today and give me this dilemma.

my basic logic now is: 1 is bank industry, 1 is international firm. if the tree bank is not in bank industry i already ditched them. but then being in bank industry.... that's the road to hell that i'll gladly step on. however looking at current economics... feel like gg. so anyone can share their experience/ thoughts regarding working in bank or international company? some things like culture, year end bonus, staff benefits etc. work life balance is not that important to me since i'm basically a feggit who spend hours sitting in front of pc every day. all inputs are welcomed and appreciated

help! upgrade my desktop

hi all, my desktop had been reacting weirdly for past few weeks. it will jz freeze and hang there and i cant do anything, even pressing on the restart button oso to no avail. i can only press power button for few seconds to power it off, den reboot it manually. however when it hangs, i open the casing and can see that all the fans are still working. anyone know the reason causing my cpu to react like this? i'm suspecting my mobo fried already.

ok put that aside first. now i wanna upgrade my processor n cpu+ram+casing, and my budget is around 1.2k.

the specs that i still can reuse from last cpu:

PSU CM extreme 460w
GPU Sapphire HD4850
harddisk and DVD rom

i'm planning to get core i5 2500k overclocked version and asus p867m le version mobo, and also 8gb ram. izit wise or any other suggestion? thanks a lot in advance.

Hi, I'm currently using digi prepaid with my N97 and I'm going to switch my phone to another android phone end of June. currently is there any package that includes airtime, sms and unlimited internet usage for phone? as I'm using streamyx at my home so my phone is jz for social networking use only, which means the data consumed will not be much till the end of the month. digi smartplan doesnt include the talktime n sms in the commitment fee and is there any other packages that can beat digi smartplan? i don't mind whether it is prepaid or postpaid as long as it is cheap enuff and gt coverage in KL and preferably melaka as well. thanks

Pentium Dual Core E2180
MSI 7387 P4M900M3-L SOCKET 775 MAINBOARD
KINGSTON 2GB DDR2 667MHZ RAM
WD 160GB 8MB SATAII HDD
LG W1943 18.5"
POWERLOGIC AZZURA 2000 ATX CASING
*no gc currently, oni integrated VGA card

i wish to change following items:

1. GC: either
-HD 4850 1G or 512Mb ( can i noe what is the diff between them? )
-HD 5670 1G
* budget limited, not much choice. btw, can my Mobo support these cards?

2. internal HDD :
-WD 500G/ 640G/750G
-the 8Mb, 16MB and 32 Mb stands for wat? higher better? coz i oni saw 500G got 32Mb, others all 16Mb

3. PSU
-coz the current PSU is cap ayam, so i need to change my PSU as well.
think 450w to 500w is suitable d, can i noe which one is better?

My total budget for these are maximum at RM800. hope can fully utilize my money

BTW, i need the GC for PC gaming, such as L4D2, FIFA2010, Dragon Age, n etc.

help! ytd i had bought a 2G 667 kingston ram to upgrade my comp's ram, previously my comp is using the 1G 667 samsung ram dat comes together wif my cpu... but once i plug in the 2G ram, on the power and it cant detect the drivers, then after a while it jump to blue screen and got the message STOP wif many 0000000000....

but once i plug out the 2G ram, it backs to normal again. i switch the 1G ram wif 2G ram n runs it, it's ok also. can i noe dat wat's the problem and, can i use both ram together? my mobo oni support 2 slots for ram
