New gaming rig for 7k

Hi guys, it's been a while since I build my own rig. Now I am building for my niece, I am a bit out of touch but can I please get some recommendation for 7k budget? Don't need Windows, mouse, keyboard, casing and monitor.

My niece is not very tech savvy and I prefer less trouble...don't know if AMD is a good build for him or not.

Asking /k sifu here, my current house awning for the front car porch sudah crack and leak...need tukar. What material is the best ya? I research sikit got 4 options..

Glass, Polycarbonate, ACP and Tiles.

Glass is too expensive, can crack and leak also but allows sunlight to pass through.

Polycarbonate is similar but cheaper.

ACP is the cheapest but does not allow sunlight to pass through...also very noisy when raining?

Tiles is durable but also doesn't allow light to pass through..

Is this temperature normal?

Hi all, it's been 7 years since I upgraded my rig and I've just recently assembled a new rig for gaming. My last rig was Intel i7 6700k and Nvidia 1060.

My new rig is Intel i7 14700k paired with Lian Li Galahad II Trinity SL-Infinity 360 and the GPU is the Sapphire Nitro+ 7900 XTX.

When I was playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on Ultra 1440p 165hz yesterday, I noticed these temperature...not sure if it's normal cause it's a lot higher than my previous rig. The temperature was captured by HWInfo64, L-Connect v3 and AMD Adrenaline Edition.

CPU - Max 86c to 92c and utilization not even 50%. Idling temperature around 35c to 40c
GPU - 69c to 72c and 85-90c for hotspot. Idling temperature around 40c to 45c
Room temperature without aircon - 25c?

The case is Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo RGB with 3 fans at bottom and 3 fans at sides for intake. 1 exhaust fan for rear and 3 fans for AIO at top as exhaust.

What is this cable called? Where to find?

PC upgrade advice

Hi all, my current gaming pc spec is as per my signature. Was thinking for an upgrade - probably changing the motherboard, CPU and GPU. The concern here is the case that I am using now is for mATX - Fractal Node 804..kinda hard to find the suitable GPU to slot in. I am looking at 6900XT at the moment or perhaps 7900XT when it gets released.

Also my concern is on the GPU sagging if the GPU is too huge (320mm since that's what the case allows). Any advice here? Need to change PSU?
