Loan to build house

I have a piece of land, individual title, valued at 200k.
I want to build a house on it, for own stay.

Cost of the house would be around 200k.
My plan is to withdraw from my EPF account 2 at around 80k.
The rest, 120k I plan to loan from banks.

Which banks offer this kind of loans?
Do they usually give that kind of amount & what is the interest range I'm looking at?
Can I get a flexi loan for this?

Media center setup

I'm looking to set up a media center (TV) that is able to view all the following:

Astro
Youtube
Netflix
MyTV (not necessary, but nice to have)

AFAIK, there is no single device / STB that is capable of doing them all.

A windows laptop might work, but controlling & navigating might be inconvenience.

The best solution I can come up with is by casting via Android phone, as all of them have their own Android app.
Is this solution viable?

Vacation in KL

Would love to hear your opinion on how should I approach this.

I'm building a home for my own stay.

Have a piece of land under my name. Market values would be around 200k (Penang mainland).

I have 100k in savings, 80k in EPF 2nd account. The house I'd like to build would cost around 200k (discussed with the contractor).

Is refinance the land to build house the best way to do it?
Should I offset the loan cost by withdrawing my EPF?

I hope not to touch the 100k in saving, but open to suggestion.

so far all the e-wallet & bank app have at least one disadvantages below:

- cannot scan bank qr (t&g e-wallet)
- does not have show-qr-to-pay feature (most bank app)

i probably dont try all the app / e-wallet out there

is there any that have both the features above?

i dont really care about the return, just need one app to do my daily purchases without having to switch between apps

with 200k cash in hand, given the options:

1)
buy 400k+ subsale house
around 1400 sqft
two storey terrace
might need some reno
** use the 200k cash for downpayment, the rest bank loan

or

2)
buy a piece of land, 4000 sqft, all facilities ready for 200k
build house for 200k+
** use the 200k cash to buy land, use bank loan to build the house

assuming location is the same, which one you would go for?

2nd option obviously the better choice right?

I went for viewing for a terrace house & few weeks later I told the agent that I intend to proceed & buy.
He said ok & a day later call me & tell me to wait for a while.

Now it's almost two weeks since then & still no update.
I texted him but he didn't offer much explanation.

What could be going on here?
I'm fine if the house is sold but I saw the ads still being run, by other agent as well.

Any possible issue with the house?

Can't receive calls

Hello all,

Would like some input regarding issue with my Pixel 3 phone.
I'm not able to receive call, caller goes straight to voicemail. Calling out (making calls) is ok.

I've taken out the SIM card & put it in another phone, no issue.
So unlikely it's telco problem.

Also tried factory reset, still not working.

Any idea what is going on?
Can a phone had hardware problem where you can make calls but cannot receive them?
