This well seasoned 110 was built during the early days still in the El Cajon, Cali, USA factory (see photo of details in the soundhole. Note: modern day ones are made in Mexico, and those days 110e didn't exist yet). This rare guitar comes with a beautiful pickguard (now only in higher end Taylors) and a special Taylor Fishman Stereo Blender pickups. These pickups were on some Taylors before Taylor developed their own. It consists of a piezo under saddle and a special made microphone inside the guitar. Preamp allows you to choose either one or even blend the two together, EQ and if you have a stereo cable, separate stereo outputs! Notch and phase helps with any feedback or phase issues especially performing live. Bridge pins and saddles upgraded to custom by Bob Colosi (original stock will be provided too).

Comes with original Taylor gig bag, black wooden leather hardcase (worn look but still in working condition), Norman leather straps. Last major setup and detailing was done a year ago including fret dressing, polishing, electronics maintenance, cleaning inside of the guitar etc.

Great playability, tone and a seasoned stable reliable guitar!

Dog anti-bark devices

Lately my dog has been barking at midnight everytime the security guards passes by our house. We live in a condo.

Was looking for those anti-bark devices where I can turn on only at night to reduce my dog's barking.
Anyone has any experiences with them and where can i find them?

Not much choices in garage sales and only colar type is available. Was hoping something I can plug into the wall such as these

Recommendation for a decent soundbar

Kindly recommend a soundbar for a 60" TV.
Decided not to go with huge speakers due to aesthetics in the living room.

Looking around the RM2k-2.5k range but if there's something cheaper itll be better.

Backup Mac, Clear Mac content and restoring

Hey guys,
Need to find out the best way to:
1. Backup a mac
2. clear off everything in the mac.
3. restore the mac based on the backup.

Reason for doing all these is to protect privacy/data upon sending the macbook to mac for battery replacement. Not taking any risks to have the tech's running through data.
I've already done a backup on time machine on a backup harddisk.

iTunes Migration

I'm getting another macbook pro and would like to clean install instead of doing a migration using migration assistant(since I'll still be running my old macbook).
Since the new macbook pro will be the main one i travel with, I plan to sync my existing iPhone, iPad to this new MBP.

anyway I could just bring it over without having to wipe out my whole iPhone & iPad?

Modded with Graph Tech nut (black) and Graph Tech PRS saddles for long sustain, reduce string breakage. Graph Tech bought in Singapore.
Pots modded to better quality units.
Pickups modded to Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates(bridge) and Seymour Duncan ’59 (neck)! Pickups were bought new!
PRS gig bag.

Also comes with original pots, saddles and original pickups. Original pickups are pretty decent pickups and market rate about RM250 used. Pickups are the earlier model before the EMG active pickups.

Small chip on the body, belt buckle scratches as this is a work horse guitar of mine. It has been on stage, album&EP recordings, jingle recordings.

Tremolo bar a little rusty (but can be spray painted over it as it has no threads).

Recommendations for 7.1 system

In the midst of helping a friend set up a theater room and we are looking at a 7.1 system.
Budget set aside is roughly around RM50k.
Any recommendations? want to see if we might have missed out some options. Also something that has a distributor here so we could take a look (or listen) before purchases.

i'm new to c++.

i have a whole list of names and marks next to it.
eg:
850310099999 Name of personA 3 5 17 8.5
860621499999 Name of personB 3 3 21 10.5

how do i use loop and array for it to read long ic numbers(too long for int), long names (characters) and the following marks then looping to read the next line? i have over 50 lines of names. i need to get the marks and do some calculation with it. thanks

notebook screen partly very bright

about 1/3 of my laptop screen(vertically) seems to be alot brighter than the other 2/3 of the screen(which seems normal). its as if that area is set to a very high contrast. help!

i'll be renting a place in KL somewhere in Jalan Kent Dua (near Jalan Semarak area). however i will only be living there for about 11 months and there is no phone line there. i guess streamyx is out of the question then. i went to jaring's website and see if my area is covered for their wireless but am surprised and disapointed it isnt(even when its quite close to KLCC). what other choices of wireless broadband providers do i have?

looking for a portable midi controller(keyboard style but with knobs).

my budget is about rm500. can i get a portable one(as i will be moving to kl to study in UTM this 1 july) with USB(to connect to my laptop) with a few knobs too. i'll be using it with reason3.0, which i am still quite new with.

hows the MK-425C, Oxygen8 and M-Audio O2 by m-audio? what are the main differences and are they within my range?

there's one thing i noticed about this musicians subforum, there isnt a topic on music theory!! or maybe i just didnt notice.or maybe there isnt any coz of our big ego. i do admit sometimes i feel very shy or scared to ask music theory questions.

so here's a thread just to ask questions on music theory, for all musicians!!

i wana ask if anyone has the scanned copy of a lesson by satriani on visualizing different modes on the entire guitar neck. saw it somewhere before but forgot where. isnt the usual box shaped things. he uses a different approach. feel like reading it again.
