I am not very good for building a pc

But I need some suggestions and feedback to build a Desktop

Purpose of pc

Not for gaming
not for a graphic drawing

BUT for processing high data frequency and trading purposes

What I need is

able to attach a minimum 4 units of monitor, graphic moderate to high
(so what type of graphic card do I need?)

(any recommendation?)

Processor
(not too sure, what is the moderate-high)

RAM looking around 32gb
(any specific of RAM?)

Where and what school is allowed to do so? and usually which year only only accept

A mini-testing program would be to run probaly in future AI, and also use rules to run it.
