[WTA] Recommendation for File Server Spec

Hello guys,

I am looking forward to build a file server in my small office, to server 20 computers in my office with normally 10 computers will be online for file fetching.

I need some recommendation from you guys for this setup.

OS
Thinking of using Windows 7 is enough for the OS rather than Windows Server, not using this server as domain or others, just file server/file sharing.
Save cost indeed.

Tower
I will use normal ATX tower casing, rather than mount in server rack, this server will be off after office hour.

HDD
Raid setup will be use, HDD choice? 7200k? 10k? 15k?

What else? Please do advise.

For network, do I need to get better switch giga? for better network?
