okay, yesterday night or today 12 am, around that time, I was creating a thread regarding the Judiciary Scandal Video in RWI section
but then that time I found out that the moderators in charge of RWI weren't online, then I just sign off. But until now, 4 pm something, and the moderator in RWI has shown 'its' last active time in 3pm, yet my thread still isn't there. Now I hope the action could be taken a bit faster, it takes no more than a few minutes to approve a thread, since my thread isn't something about racial and religions, it's just my concerns, and if the thread isn't approved, please give me some reasons, or put it into kopitiam for discussion in an easier discussion. Last but not least, don't kill people's thread without any solid reason.

Work in Japanese companies

What I mean is local Japanese companies like Sony, Sharp Malaysia etc
What are differences compare to work in Chinese based, or Western based companies, with Japanese ones?
As I know, Japanese people are perfectionist, hardworking and uber responsible, if work in their companies, what will the life would be?
Please share your experience?

how to act nasty in front of girls

my class has very few female students, whenever I talk to them, dunno why the usual me of being nasty, naughty, funny to guys suddenly become very nerdy when facing girls
i dun dare to joke with them, play with their stuff, dun dare to tackle them also. It even happen to certain guys, dunno why I just don't like to act natural when facing some people even at the same age range, weird
someone please teach me, how to have fun with girls, I don't want to always being look as a nerd in front of girls

in other words, i rarely joke with girls and only talk serious stuff like academic/homework with them

how to cure sensitive nose

My nose is sensitive, the 'mucus' very easy to flow out, when eating something hot and spicey, it will flow, whenever sleep in aircond room while forgot to cover with blanket, it will flow and running nose in the next day.
Is that constant sports will rectify the problem? How to improve the situation?

Will employers look down on 2nd lower grads?

As I have mentioned in other thread, my result is a 2nd lower equivalent, since second upper need to have at least 3.33 if I not mistaken. I am curious however on how the companies, big and small, local and nultinational will look at 2nd lower cert, afaik MNCs won't entertain those with <3.00
I dont mind the lower starting wage, but will they hire me in the first place if i score 2nd lower?

my recent CGPA is 2.71, and I have 6 more semesters to go graduate, so means roughly 60 credit hours more, based on your experience, is that possible for me to get 3.3 when i graduate? Assume I get roughly GPA 3.0 every sem.
