tax filling refund amount issue

I have file for my tax as per usual last week, yesterday suddenly received few hundreds in my bank account and check who send it. Found that it from LHDN.

This is the first time I have received the amount not same as the expected amount in my e-BE receipt form. Does anyone encounter this before?

The amount is not few hundreds lesser but is few thousands lesser!

Edit: I did double check my account, the refunded amount show in the main page match the amount bank in to me but it still does not match the eBE receipt.

How do you (M or F) cope with the your partner that does not really helping out at home, instead always complain busy or tired due to taking care of infant age of 1 and still working 9-6 daily.

What I mean by helping out is simple, like wash our own clothes, adult or the baby clothes. Collect the dry clothes from outside and put back into wardrobe. Cleaning up the messy house. Or put back after use some of the stuff.

Sometimes I think I'm a clean freak that always wanted the house look neat and clean.

Additional info, my spouse prefer go back parents house rather than stay at own place. Hence, the question above.

Lost apple watch SE (GPS) need help!

My wife lost her watch SE (GPS) last month and the location does not seems to be the last place we been. She remember leaving that place with her watch on hand, so the location in FindMy is not helpful at all. The battery have been dead for so long. So my question are, if someone pick up and charge the watch, will the location get updated?

Hi everyone, as per title, I have a Casio Edifice ERA-200. Very old model and suddenly the analog time does not match with the digital time.

After sending to Casio for service, they said there is no spare part for this model anymore. Does anyone know where can repair it?

The problem that I found is that the hour and minute needle seems stuck somewhere around 12-4. When try to reset it, it can be seen that the needle is stuck and vibrating like something holding the gear so it can't move forward.

Appreciate any feedback!

PC gone black screen

Hi everyone! Looking for some expert advice.

I recently just upgraded my PC from 980TI to 3080TI.

My current spec:
Gigabyte AORUS PRO WIFI
AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Zotac 3080TI
16GB Ram
Seasonic X850 (very old PSU, should be age more than 10 years old)
and some SSD

My case is after upgrading to 3080TI and a couple of months later, it started to intermittent gone black screen while using the PC for light gaming (indie game) or listening to music only.
After the screen goes black, I will restart it and the PC boot up with black screen. I have confirmed that Spotify can play music without issue, meaning the Windows run perfectly fine.

Sometimes I just have to take out the GPU or RAM or swap ram stick, it will boot up normally back. I'm unable to pinpoint the issue.

My primary suspect is that my PSU is getting old.

I also tested run Heaven Benchmark 4.0 or memtest86 for whole night and it still won't crash the PC. It just happen so randomly.

Zotac RTX 3080 TI

Quick question regarding 3080 TI.

Is Zotac RTX 3080 TI good? Saw there is a lot of bundle offer for this model under Zotac 4999 with a 24" monitor. And other brands reached 6000+ for the TI model.

Any idea why? Or is this model problematic?

Hi guys,

Today I'm trying to check my hire purchase balance, bank told "rough" figure only because the branch cannot check. I must go back to the branch where I sign for the loan if want to know the exact figure.

No idea why, but that guy told me the rough figure is around 15K, which means it should be left 15 months like that. I ask if settle got a rebate or not, and he told me no, since it near the end.

Should I visit the branch where I sign for the loan to double confirm? Or is it really no rebate now?

Hi, is my MacBook screen need replacement? There is a huge deep colour vertical line around 5cm in wide long! I'm pretty sure that no heavy object sits on the top and does not look like a screen burn too.

Ryzen 7 3700X unable to post with dual channel

Hi everyone,

Encounter a weird problem and dilemma whether which part of the hardware is the real fault here.

Spec
Ryzen 7 3700X
Corsair 16GB kit (2x8GB) [corsair vengeance rgb pro]
MSI B450 Mortar Max

The pc refuses to boot as long the ram sit on the dual-channel DIMM. Recently just update the mobo bios to the latest and it suddenly became like this. Even it works on the single-channel and restore to an older version of bios, it still refused to boot this pair of ram.

The PC work if
1) Use only 1 stick of the ram
2) Use both sticks in single-channel DIMM
3) Test with another ram kit GSKILL Trident Z Royal 16GB
4) Test with a pair of value ram Kingston 16GB
5) Test with GSKILL and Corsair ram all together as dual-channel 32GB

Tested with and still failed
1) New mobo with the processor and ram in dual channel (Asrock B450M Steel Legend)

I also tested with my own PC Ryzen 7 3800X with Gigabyte mobo, the pair of Corsair ram boot with no issue. Can I say that the processor is faulty? Is it possible to claim a warranty? TIA

Weird BlueTooth problem need help!

I recently assembled my own PC and the spec below

AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Gigabyte X570 I Aorus Pro Wifi
MSI 980Ti
Gskill 16GB
Seasonic X-850
1TB EVO SSD

I have 1 Logitech MX Master 2S and 1 XBox One Controller (BlueTooth version).

Here comes my problem,
1) I pair my mouse successfully and have a stable connection.
2) I pair my controller but keep having frequent disconnection, so it on/off
3) My mouse feel lagging even on desktop screen with just chrome only
4) In-game tested with Borderland 3 using a mouse, the game FPS is at 80~100+ but when turning around, the game lagging

Then I try using my mouse unify dongle and test play Borderland 3 again,
- Dongle on, gameplay very smooth
- Onboard bluetooth, it lagging!

Any recommendation? I updated to the latest driver for my BlueTooth. I don't think is other driver causing the problem and now I disabled the onboard BlueTooth.

Dell S2716DG for this model, I'm a bit dilemma cause it kinda old model
Asus VG27AQ / VG27BQ this 2 seems not bad and cheaper

I read around it said that Nvidia 9xx series does not support adaptive g sync from free sync monitor and my current GPU is 980ti.

Before I decide to further my study, I have roughly 5 years of working experience in Programming in Malaysia. So I have been stopped working 2 years and studying overseas and graduate soon and I don't think I can get a job in here.

Do you think that I will have difficulties to look for a job with the same pay previously back in Malaysia? I only further my study with a Bachelor, not Master. Probably the certificate doesn't worth much? I'm not sure either now. Feeling a bit insecure and afraid that I can't get the pay I have before I fly.

I have go thru a bit in this sub forum but still not much idea where to start with. Friend of mine recommend me www.wix.com, because it is a simple web tool and provided many kind of template.

My website purpose is display and explain some products with image / video.

I have a few question in my mind:
Where to host the website? Rent a server? (it do cause a lot since I only need small scale website)
Do I need to code from scratch? I saw some website mention CMS is very helpful as no need to write code ( Wordpress / Joomla/ Drupla )
Do I need to get a DB / storage separately? I need to store some data / image / video because need to include a search engine in the website.

The reason I don't use WIX is because it does not support external DB. Because I need to share the DB to mobile apps at the end. So web / mobile will share the same DB data. Especially the mobile app is not develop by me. I'm no so familiar with this part.

Can anyone show some guidance?
